daveglo, you are absolutely right. it seems northern illinoisian take a perverse delight in trying to out sleeze new jersey for the most corrupt state in the country. it’s almost as if chicagoland/springfield thinks it is a banana republic where the powers that be can do anything except play the game honestly.
