Document drop: Witness affidavit in NBPP voter bullying case

Yesterday, I reported on the Obama DOJ’s smelly decision to drop default judgments against two New Black Panther Party thugs in the Philly voter intimidation case. Election Journal, which originally broke the story on Election Day last fall, posted on the decision the day before. The Washington Times follows up today with an “exclusive” on the story.
Project 21’s Mychal Massie wants an investigation: “From all accounts, this was a clear-cut violation of peoples’ right to vote without fear and intimidation, but the Obama Administration appears to be trying to sweep it under the rug,” said Massie. “After all of the allegations about the Bush Administration politicizing the Justice Department, this smacks of either extreme ignorance or extreme hubris on the part of their successors. Whatever the case, an independent investigation is needed to get to the bottom of what’s going on over there.”
I’ve obtained the full affidavit of one of the eyewitnesses to the NBPP’s thuggery. Bartle Bull was a civil rights lawyer and activist in the 1960s. You can download the full affidavit PDF here.
Takeaway quote: “You are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker.”
