No where in that document does is say that water is poured – in any quantity – directly into the nose or mouth.

It also clearly states that the individual does not breathe any water into the lungs – a claim that could not be made by the method employed on the DJ.

That was a PR stunt – a HOAX – by a publicity-seeking entertainer who apparently needs a ratings boost just ahead of his contract renewal…

Basically, they called it a ‘hoax’ because the city wouldn’t let the radio station do it due to safety reasons. So they called it a ‘stunt’, a ‘hoax’ so authorities would let them go ahead with the torturing.

I am confounded by the impulse of the statists, who manifestly despise our nation, that has them militating for treatment of terrorists or their supporters that is not afforded American criminals in our own police stations or prisons.
