No, the moron of the day award does not go to the Playboy.com Neanderthal who published a Top 10 list (now yanked from the site and replaced with a Playboy model shoving her backside at readers) of conservative women he’d like to “hatef*ck.”
The moron of the day award goes to Anne Schroeder Mullins at Politico, who cluelessly embraced and promoted the porn magazine’s misogynist drivel — and completely misrepresented the list to Politico’s readers by whitewashing all the vulgarity out of it:

Back before I was married, and before I started to go to church again, I actually did subscribe to Playboy, mainly for the articles.
The poses in the 1980s version of Playboy were a lot less vulgar than most men’s magazines, and about 15 pages of nudity were balanced with about 150 pages of articles.
IIRC, John F Kennedy discovered the 007 books reading an excerpt from one of Fleming’s novels in Playboy.
I miss the freedom to watch bad television in my boxers and a t-shirt while drinking a beer, just a little, but I’m actually very glad not to be single.

When I was about 16, my father caught me looking at a Playboy magazine. Calmly, but confronting me, he asked what I was doing, and if I thought my mother would want me with such a magazine.
I replied that I didn’t care for the pictures of naked women (yeah, right), but I thought the articles were interesting.
At that, he applied the back of his hand at warp speed to the side of my head. It was the first and only time he had ever done anything stronger than spanking me when I was a small child.
He said, “For looking at the pictures, you get the book confiscated. For reading the articles, you get the back of my hand.”
The list certainly was a list of attractive women, inside and out. It is unfortunately that Playboy lacked the class to at least leave out the hate and mention the intelligence and spirit of these women – which really make their packages.

These pigs should be sued for slander. Better still, their personal lives should be exposed as a breeder nest of perversion and self-hatred that would allow them to debase themselves with this foulest of displays.
Their mothers would be truly ashamed of them, the most profound disgrace of all— to think the mothers kept these pigs alive in their wombs for nine months, kept them alive when they were too small to care for themselves as children, tried to train them and raise them right to have a scrap of decency in their hearts.

I feel like the little man with the beard walking the streets with a sign that says, “Repent.” On one hand I want to yell it, and on the other plead with the love Father has for his children… please repent allow your hearts to be changed and filled with the love of Christ.

Imagine the outrage if it had been a list of liberal woen. But I can honestly not think of any well known conservative columnist, blogger, or pundit who would even think of doing so.
After readng the list, I have to wonder if jealousy was a motivating factor. The writer will gain some moentary attention, but is still way WAY down the foodchain when compared to anyone on the list. They will continue on and be given the attention and respect they have earned While Ms. Mullins will remain a true bottom feeder.
