While President Obama is busy bowing to the Muslim world, the Bronx jihadi plotters have been indicted:
Four men accused of plotting terrorist attacks on U.S. military planes and a Bronx synagogue were indicted on federal charges. Prosecutors say James Cromitie aka Abdul Rahman photographed “several synagogues and Jewish community centers” on April 10 as potential bomb targets.
An undercover FBI agent discussed the details of two planned attacks with Cromite and his accomplice David Williams aka Daoud, on April 23, prosecutors say.
The men allegedly plotted with Onto Williams aka Hamza and Laguerre Payen aka Amin aka Almondo to use a “surface-to-air guided missile system to destroy military aircraft located at the Air National Guard Base” and wanted to plant “an IED containing over 30 pounds of C-4 military grade plastic explosive material” at Riverdale Temple.
They were arrested on May 20.
The explosives qualify as weapons of mass destruction, according to the eight-count indictment. Each count is punishable by up to life in prison.

The last I heard, the four guys are claiming they were entrapped by the undercover investigator, who they claim provided them with assorted bling for carrying out their plot.
If they join the New Black Panther Party and commit to 2,000 hours of community service work with ACORN, I am sure the DOJ can take care of all charges against them.
And still all we have is silence from the White House on the murder of William Long. Not even crickets.
I have yet to receive a response to my question to the White House website as to whether it was policy that the murder of a provider of late-term abortions by a nutcase was more important and more worthy of a statement by the President than the murder of a young soldier just out of basic training by a home-grown Jihadist.

I think the reason the founding fathers made it so hard to accuse and try someone for treason was to prevent its use as a tool of political persecution.

I think the American public does not understand what the enemy has in mind. Perhaps, Belson, and Mumbi are examples for all of us to remember and see. To get in our collective brain.

Depending on if multiple FBI agents can testify rather than just the one UC, or if they can get them to testify against eachother or confess, as many are apt to do in proclaiming the “glory of the cause”, we may or may not be able to convict… but these goons can sure as heck be TRIED.
What happened to capital punishment? Isn’t treason punishable by death? Shouldn’t it be?
