What happened to capital punishment? Isn’t treason punishable by death? Shouldn’t it be?

I as a taxPAYER have a huge problem with the entire logic of a person commits a crime and then gets rewarded with three good meals a day on me.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Planning to shoot down military aircraft fits handily in this definition, don't you think?

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Depending on if multiple FBI agents can testify rather than just the one UC, or if they can get them to testify against eachother or confess, as many are apt to do in proclaiming the "glory of the cause", we may or may not be able to convict... but these goons can sure as heck be TRIED.

When danger approaches, the Ostrich sticks its head in the sand believing that as long as it cannot see the danger, it does not exist.

While some may argue about where many people seem to be sticking their heads, far too many people in the US still seem to think in a like manner and honestly do believe that as long as they ignore the danger, there is no danger.

We are at war.

The only way to get rid of the enemy, is to make war back.

If I am correct, then laws must change to allow rules of enguagement on a war footing.

It has come to this fromthe religion of peace, and MS-13 types.

I do not see how we can win any other way now.

I think the reason the founding fathers made it so hard to accuse and try someone for treason was to prevent its use as a tool of political persecution.

Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, the criteria for treason are very strict and very exact. These goons cannot be tried for treason, but attempted sabotage and attempted murder are sufficient to get them the same sentense.

They planned war on these United States. They should be shot at dawn for treason, right after being water boarded.

The Mosque they worshiped at searched, including cell phones, and computers, then said Mosque destroyed with the American flag placed on top.

That will send a message to all moon god worshipers.
