I’d just like to shut that L’il Kim up. The only reason we haven’t caved to him is China – a President with stones would have told China to stay out of our way (using the threat of devaluing the dollar against their bonds) and blockaded NK to terms. But then, maybe I’m old fashioned about it.

Without joking around – Gore’s organization sent them there. He is responsible for them. Rags, do you think that, if they were assigned to cross the border, the reporters’ estate or family would have a solid civil claim for damages?

If the people who sent them want to work to get them out fine. But it is NOT Obama’s problem nor anyone else’s in the U.S. Government. There are U.S. citizens in foreign jails all over the world for breaking the laws of the country they were in. Those ladies are just members of that list.

RIR,

It is very hypocritical to condemn them for stopping illegal aliens. But we don’t give illegal aliens 12 years hard labor for breaking our laws either. I don’t think even the most serious anti-illegal immigration types among us (myself included) wouldn’t want that.

The real issue is what I said in post #69. Li’l Kim (I love that BTW) is using Barry’s weakness to make us look impotent. Let’s trade the women for Al Gore. Then, Liberals can be indignant.
