You meant, he couldn’t IF he did not have a million dollars to spend on legal services to get around it? … the amount he has allegedly spent to keep a $25 BC a secret.

If our Supreme Court believes that it is somehow the role of Congress to verify that an incoming POTUS is a “natural citizen” then – WHY ARE THEY SWORN IN BY THE CHIEF JUSTICE?

So the ones already using SSN’s will get to keep their job. The problem is, if someone has been using your SSN for employment and it is time for you to collect, the SSA can claim fraud and not pay you your entitlements. Getting that mess fixed usually requires lawyers who will make a fortune when you are done, whether or not you win the case. The SSA allows you to get statements from them about what you have paid in and your benefits. I had to do that over 10 years ago because of some compromised SSN’s and mine was a possibility. I still get a statement every year, i thought it was just for that year, but i keep getting them. I suggest everyone do that, that way you can see if someone is using your # in a city you don’t live close to and you can dispute it. Don’t wait until it is time to get your benefits and have to fight them for 5 years.

They ["birthers"] claim that the contemporaneous birth announcement in a Hawaii newspaper of Obama’s birth is insufficient evidence that he was born there. (Did a fortune-teller place it in the paper knowing he would run for president?).

Could a prospective employee bypass the I9 Form and e-Verify, and just use a newpaper birth announcement as proof of citizenship? No! So, if we wouldn't accept that for a minimum-wage job, why would we accept that for the most important job in our government? The law is the law. ALL new employees (including the President of the United States) are required to prove their citizenship. Obama produced a forged document and a newspaper clipping, and due dilligence was not performed before allowing him to take office. Now, we are suffering the consequences. By the way, McCain is not a "Natural Born Citizen", either. McCain was not born on the military base in Panama. His Birth Certificate shows that he was born in Colon Hospital, in the city of Colon, Panama. McCain is not Constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President, and a mere "Resolution" by Congress to declare him eligible cannot do so. You can't change the Constitution with a mere "Resolution". "We the People" were had in this election. Neither Obama nor McCain were eligible to hold the office, and both were on the George Soros dole.

I’ve utilized the faxes provided at NumbersUSA to send strongly worded protests to Obama, Napolitano, my senators, and my 7th District Rep., John Linder. Rep. Linder, btw, is my only representative who always supports the interests and opinions of the people. We can’t really count on our RINO senators.

I seriously doubt that Soetoro/Obama could pass an e-Verify verification. Do the people who think the "birthers" are nuts (that includes you, Michelle) realize that the only document produced by the Obama campaign was: 1) Not released directly from the State of Hawaii. (It first appeared online at Daily Kos, and then first appeared in hardcopy at the Obama Campaign headquarters). 2) Not declared authentic by the State of Hawaii. 3) Only shown to a small audience that is politically-connected to Obama (Annenberg Political "Fact Check") who lied by:

3a) calling it the "original birth certificate" when it most certainly was not (the original birth certificate would be from 1961, whereas what was examined resembles a modern "Certification" of live birth) 3b) Claiming "The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu." That is a lie. The director (Dr. Fukino) NEVER confirmed that Obama was born in Honolulu.

4) Declared a forgery by document experts. 5) Very similar to the clearly forged COLB for "Haye I.B Ahphorgerie". If Soetoro/Obama has nothing to hide, let's put him through e-Verify. You'd agree to that, Michelle, wouldn't you?

I don’t mean to disparage your ambition and patriotism, but just how much good do you honestly think it does to call or email Wyden, Merkley and your rep. assuming you don’t live Walden district?
Don’t misunderstand, I phone and write ‘em all the same, but I do wonder every time, “does it really matter to these deep blue dyed representatives?” that i contact them? No, it doesn’t…but I’ll keep doing it just in case they wake up one day.
