Not a silly idea at all.

Medical vacations will be a growth industry in the resort areas of Mexico, Costa Rica, etc.

Patients and providers will go off-shore, just as a lot of American wealth is doing.

You won’t have to go offshore. Wherever there is government run medicine, there are “Private Doctors”. It will happen here too. Private Doctors are the ones that went to real medical school and actually know what they are doing. Blue Lips will have a Private Doctor. George Soros will have a Private Doctor. Barney Frank and Crazy Nancy will too.
