Go Tupelo! I used to live there. I bet the four who showed up had to be shipped in from out of town.

lgm was one of the four that showed up for the rally. He will be bragging that this event had 75% better attendance than his last rally.

TUPELO - A health care rally drew only four people to U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker’s office Thursday.

I’m glad the people of Tupelo have more sense than to show up for something like that. Tupelo is home to the North Mississippi Medical Center, which is the main hospital for that area for more than a 50 mile radius. Obama’s health care would ruin an area like that.
Maybe the ghost of Elvis kept them away also, but then he may be busy kicking MJ’s ghost’s butt somewhere.

Addicts and narcissists have to “feel” what they are going to do before they do it. Looks like not enough grease came across their palms so they could “feel” the demonstration.

The movement is rotten. It is failing.

I keep seeing & hearing these polls like Rasmussen and others where the country is over 50% conservative, if so, how is it this dick weed Odopo is president, was it his running(the mouth) mate that got him elected? Naaaa
There couldn’t have been that many conservatives sitting on their hands 11/4/08 getting even with the GOP, could there have been?

Where they did show up they were met by something they were not prepared for…larger groups of teaparty members that are here to stay and growing in numbers and clout.
Here is what happened in Memphis when the “move-on crowd” found out to their dismay the Senator would hear both sides of the issue, not just their union bosses position, thanks to organized tea party’s!

A 4% turnout is not bad, by tea party standards. Each of those is advertised by hundreds of thousands of emails and nonstop promotion on Fox news and talk radio, which reach millions.

I have no problem with the fact that an apple is an apple. I have no problem with the fact that an orange is an orange. I have a problem with the spin attempt of comparing the apples to the oranges, and the organizer of the event has every reason to lie about his apples.

Think about it, lgm. Was The Daily Journal one of the 100 emails he sent?

    It doesn’t ring true?

No. He was clearly downplaying his failure.

It’s probably the same four people who are flown around to all of these rallies. The game is to announce 14 scheduled rallies and then try to guess which one they will show up for. The MSM will report that one complete with pictures and then state that it was one of 14 similar rallies going on around America.

Kind of like the pro-amnesty rallies here in LA.
