It’s probably the same four people who are flown around to all of these rallies. The game is to announce 14 scheduled rallies and then try to guess which one they will show up for. The MSM will report that one complete with pictures and then state that it was one of 14 similar rallies going on around America.

Kind of like the pro-amnesty rallies here in LA.
