I’m curious why they demand it be legal to kill unborn children and then scream when children they haven’t killed don’t have health care.
Usual day here in Bagram, AF – 12 to 14 hour day, same as all the others. Bit hot and dusty (not as hot as Iraq, but hot).
Good point.
Perk. Thank you. It’s trivial, but it’s all I can offer at this point.
Our prayers are with you and all of our fighting men and women, always.
Pentagon considers smoking ban for troops:

Whats next? Harse language? Freakin’ unbelievable…
Grilled some ribs on Friday night. Just get the meaty country style ribs. They’re also cheaper. We like a Memphis rub best. Four hours on the grill. Yum.
And.. they are so quick to claim that monitoring foreign phone call connection patterns to protect us is an ‘invasion of privacy’ but requiring that my medical records be electronically available to the federal government, (as is already true with my financial records), is not?
Considering how liberals routinely use individual tax records to attack conservatives (like they did with Joe the Plumber for example), is there any doubt that they’ll
useabuse our medical records with even greater duplicity?Come to think of it.. wasn’t Roe v Wade was decided on the basis of ‘privacy’?
You make an excellent point RV and it exposes their moribund hypocrisy to a T.
A ‘green’ military!
I know how to pay for all the stimuli packages, health care program(s), and other ‘change’ without increasing taxes on the middle class, etc.: At the time you file your income taxes(pay/no-pay) every year, simply be REQUIRED to pay an additional “INCOME TAX SURCHARGE”! Let’s say 10% and because it is called a ’surcharge’, it isn’t a tax increase! Shades of a Past Era….
I’ve got 3 pygmies I can’t give away. They WILL eat ANYTHING!!!
Saturday was great. Took the family to the lake, met up with friends on the party barge, lots of swimming and jet skiing. I’m bruised, not getting any younger, so will spend today nursing the wounds. May let the youngest talk me into playing Halo with him this afternoon (pretend the enemy are libs).
Uh, wait a sec… they ARE the enemy!
Too bad Obama didn’t encounter some of those while he was in Africa.
Just when you think no one could be more radically pro-abortion than Obambi, check out his “Science Czar” John Holdren’s abortion beliefs:

Not enough meat on the bone.
The respect and honor for our fallen is still alive.
SSG John C. Beale, 39, Riverdale, GA
Please take the time to sit down and watch this, then share it with your friends.
This is respect, honor, and gratitude shown to one of our fallen soldiers for many miles through Georgia towns. Watch this video and you’ll not only see a wonderful tribute to a soldier, but you’re sure to be reassured that the silent majority hasn’t changed at all!
—–Killed in action the week before, the body of Staff Sergeant First Class John C. Beale was returned to Falcon Field in Peachtree City, Georgia, just south of Atlanta, on June 11, 2009. The Henry County Police Department escorted the procession to the funeral home in McDonough, Georgia. A simple notice in local papers indicated the road route to be taken and the approximate time.
Nowadays, one can be led to believe that America no longer respects and no longer honors sacrifice outside the military. Be it known that there are many places in this land where people still recognize the courage and impact of total self-sacrifice. Georgia remains one of those grateful places. The link below is a short travelogue of that day’s remarkable and painful journey. But you should only watch this if you wish to have some of your faith in people restored. Please share widely.
Final salute for SSG John C Beale
pssssssst…. it’s Sunday.
You know it’s a good party when it’s still going the next day.
ha! good point.
FoxNews just reported that President Chauncey is now saying that his “stimulus” will take years – not months – to work.
The real question is…
Who is more pitifully stupid: the ignoramus, or the ignoramuses who voted for the ignoramus?
Never in my life have I heard such profound ignorance, mixed with hubris. What a complete imbecile we have as POTUS.
Thank you for sharing this powerful video.
But, but, but, rob, it’s Hopey Changey! lmao
dumba$$ voters 08′
What happened with all the anti-war protests and wall-to-wall media coverage they use to receive after every attack on our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan?
We’ve recently suffered some terrible losses in both of those countries and yet have heard little to nothing about them from either Code Pink or any of the usually dovish Times.
I guess politics outs -
Even FOX News is propping up our Kenyan Bastard in Chief. Last night while watching “Red Eye” there was breaking news. The news, our Kenyan Bastard in Chief had arrived at Andrews Air Force Base with his community activist family from thier overseas tour.
PATHETIC!
Cleaned the grill. It is 110* here and I got myself the pneumonia–must be the grill cleaner or global warming.
I feel your pain Arizona, 112* here yesterday and they say 113* today.
What the heck is wrong with Florida???
Crist, who supported the stimulus and imposed tax and fee increases, has raised $4.3 million dollars.
Rubio, who is far more conservative, only raised $340,000.
From Tampa Bay online.
pneumonia?? In Arizona? I thought that was a Minnesota illness brought on by the cold weather. Seriously, take care of yourself and get antibiotics. That is nothing to fool around with.
When are we going to demand that our senators and congressmen stand up for us. Obama has appointed a list of ner-do-wells as czars, these cream of american scum can now dictate policy to the rest of us. I demand congressional over sight of the czars. Since when has american policy been at the dictated of a non-elected official?
Since the liberal corruptocrats took over DC. This will not end until either 1) they totally finish shredding our Constitution or 2) they are imprisoned, tried for treason and put away for life. I guess you know which option I support.
No. I am from Arkansas. Sorry and no offense intended to residents of the Demokratik Peoples Republik of Kaulipornia, but you couldn’t pay me to live there. I enjoy excercising my Second Amendment rights to much.
California has some pretty country and some generally nice people. Loved it when I was stationed down at Pendleton and for the most part I still enjoy driving through today. But I am to accustomed to all the things that make America great to live in Bizarro World.
Me too. It’s 103 today.
Visiting the parents for the weekend.
Here’s a video recording of The King of Dragons.
“Since the liberal corruptocrats took over DC.”
Sorry but that is not accurate. Non-elected officials have been influencing government for a very long time. It is not recent in any way.

Every single fallen soldier should come home to a tribute like SSG Beale received in GA. If not, why not?
But, people spent hour upon hour following the shananigans and absurdities of the Jackson funeral.
HAHA! Good deal from your post it kind of looked like it though.
Mind you if the rest of Cali was as conservative as Kern county we wouldn’t have the trifecta of Pelosi, Finestien or Boxer.
One can only hope that the rest them realize the error of their ways. And then I woke up!
Me three, from a county that voted 68% in favor of the lesser of two evils in 2008. I even spent a lot of time working at the local Republican headquarters for McCain, who I detest….because it was totally obvious Obama was much worse.
Can’t know for sure what McCain would have been like, but I’m confident Obama is in fact, much worse.
.
Just got back from Old Fort MacArthur Days 2009 in San Pedro.
Scorching sun but still lots of fun.
.
I can’t imagine Dick Cheney didn’t know this latest exposure of a classified secret anti terrorist program wouldn’t at some time come to light, waiting for him to come out and shame liberals and non believers alike.
