Oh my. Our prayers are with the Peitz family.
Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord,
And let perpetual Light shine upon her.
May her soul
And the souls of all the faithful departed
Through the Mercy of God
Rest in peace.
Amen.
My prayers for this little one and the Peitz family.
Touching video. The tears just keep coming…
:’( Makes me want to go wake my baby up and hug her.
Safe in the arms of Jesus. Prayers for her family.
Your pain and sorrow are shared
by family and friends.
May you find comfort
in knowing so many care.
Our thoughts and prayers
are with you.
Blessed are those that mourn
for they will be comforted.
Matthew 5:4
My heart breaks for this lovely family. The tears flow for your loss, God be with you. Very moving, thank you for sharing.
My entire family and own prayers to the Peitz Family.
I am suddenly reminded of Dickens:
‘Tis a far, far better…
God Bless the Peitz family. God has a plan for us all, and painful though it may be, Irena has fulfulled her part of God’s plan.
I can only imagine how many lives have been touched by this tiny baby girl. God has blessed this family and countless others through her brief life.
My prayers are with the Peitz family. May God grant you peace and joy. Thank you for the beautiful and inspirational video and music.
Aww, poor little angel.
Truer words have never been said.
How many miracles, seen and unseen, this precious life brought to our earth!
It is always sad to hear of the loss of someone’s precious baby. Yet this story is heartwarming due to the circumstances of the priest attempting to baptise the first baby, but baptizing another by mistake and finally getting to the first baby.
That two families were able to hopefully know comfort in the fact that their child received baptism, even one if by mistake shows the existance of a higher power at work.
To both children – RIP.
I wish I knew the right words to say. I am so sorry for your loss.
Every second, hour, and day brought you to an understanding of something far greater than any of us. I’m so sorry for your loss, but rejoice this precious little baby shared your love for her brief time on earth. Comfort each other and claim the love you felt amongst the tears. We grieve with you and pray for God’s blessings on you and your beautiful family.
My very sincerest condolences.
A few hours, a few days…Blessed is the child. Politics takes a back seat and, I am humbled.
You and yours may feel alone but, we understand your loss because all of us lose a little bit when these things happen. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. Your video is inspiring and, helps your daughter stay alive in many hearts.
Jesus loves the little children. May that truth comfort you.
Though here for only a short time, little Irena experienced the warmth and soft touch of a loving family.
I wish the Peitz family all the comfort that Heaven can grant.
I am so sorry to hear of this precious child’s passing…may God heal your heart by knowing she is with him.
*I shall lift the Peitz family up in my thoughts and prayers; Rest in peace, precious child.
Prayers and condolences to the Pietz family.
God is embracing her in His loving arms. She is safe.
Little Irena Marie was lucky to have such a loving family during her short life, and her family was lucky to have her.
May she rest in peace.
Brings back memories for me.
RIP little one.
Misscheryl,
This also brought back memories for me. Fortunately, my preemie is now 8.
May Irena Marie rest in piece and Lord, please comfort her family at this time. Amen.
Christine, ours is almost 1-1/2. Why some survive and some do not, only God knows but I trust His wisdom.
Thank God for His Word and we can know the truth.
God bless the Peitz family.
Into Your Hands we commend Irena Marie Peitz’s spirit, oh Lord.
Send comfort to the Peitz family.
I am so sorry for your family’s loss. My prayers and thoughts are for you all.
Irena Marie Peitz, you gave this world 4 days to know you and you will not be forgotten. My prayers are with the Peitz family.
I am so sorry to hear of their great loss. May they find comfort in the days to come.
It brings back memories, too. My grandson was born July 9, 2001, at 1 pound 9 ounces. He’s now 8.
Beautifully posted TRE #32 – my sentiments exactly. Go to God, little Irena.
What ceremony can we fit
You into now?
We have never seen you stride
Ambitiously the world we know.
You could not come and yet you go…
Then all our consolation is
That grief can be as pure as this.
–Elizabeth Jennings
this was so sad. I don’t know why I watched it. Now I’m crying. I can’t handle stuff like this too well.
Prayers for Brian and his family.
Prayers for your family.
What a privilege to share in your private and precious moments with your daughter, Brian. May her life and passing be a living invitation to faith in the One who truly shares in your heartbreak of losing a child.
You are a blessing, and your loss shall not be in vain.
Peace and comfort to you,
Vicki
PS: Thank you, MM, for posting this.
I’m leaving work early today to hug my little one.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Peitz family.
My wife and I lost a little one like this back in 1998. His name was Ethan and he was laid to rest under a big beautiful oak tree in a peaceful cemetary in Michigan.
To the Peitz family: We know your pain, you are in our prayers, and you are not alone.
jbh45, I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Our baby is also named Ethan, he was 1 lb 10 oz at birth and he is doing so well today. I will pray for your boy and your family.
Hand to heart!
To the Peitz family, I’m lost for words, bless you and your beautiful child.

Babies are a gift from God…I am so sorry that your Little One was with you for such a short time. May God be with you and your family.
What Marco said! My prayers go up for the Peitz family’s pain to be eased and God’s comfort to rain down on them!
I was going to take this opportunity to rip lgm, but guess I’m getting more mellow in my old age..
God Bless this family in their time of sorrow
