   Yes it does-but the far bigger problem is the cowardliness of our so call GOP Senators-all too many of the fools will not even TRY to stop a Gary Locke, Sotomayor, Cap and Trade and all the other Fascist/Statist schemes and things coming at us. But the GOP Moderates are our more immediate threat.
