Study the development of H.R 3200 and read the bill. It is one of the most frightening socialist manifestos ever published. Seniors have legitimate cause to be worried and that is why no one including the pandering media will address the contents of the resolution, analyze it and report to the public. If these fools enact this bill into law we will see poor rationed care, denial of life saving treatment and Pallative responses culminating in “end of life” counseling and death. This once great nation is in fiscal and moral decline and for people to fear the beginning of euthanasia for the elderly, seriously ill and infirm is a reasonable conclusion under the current regime. The course of the current government is the anthesis of everything this country once stood for and it is a very sad time for the Republic.

A bit off topic, but I will tie it in. Cash for clunkers. On the surface, it sounds great, doesn’t it? I heard yesterday that, even if they put more money into the program, the red tape it requires to actually process one of these transactions is unbelievable. Some say the forms are worse than tax forms. This is a perfect example of how awful it would be to allow government to run the healthcare of this country!! Look at the tax code. Look at the beauracracy of every single part of government. Look at the size of the health”care” bill!! Then visualize trying to process a claim for health benefits. Or waiting for government to “allow” you to go ahead and get that life-saving test your doctor has recommended. This MUST be stopped, folks, or we are done.
I trust these “Blue Dogs” as far as I can throw them provided I could get my hands on one to see what type of distance I could get. I will be very surprised if these cures will have the onions to face their constituents in town hall meetings. They are going to get a freaking earful from some very pissed off people. I ran into many self-described “Yellow Dog” Democrats while living in Alabama a long time ago.
The main problem is that our government is imploding around us. Our “representatives” have figured out that they can buy off 51% of the electorate by making ridiculous promises now to be paid by future generations. They enrich themselves and secure their own power at the cost of our grandchildren.
At this rate, I don’t expect the Republic to last another generation. And I expect the upheaval to be very ugly when it comes. If we are lucky it will be like Bosnia. If not, it will be like Rwanda. Either way, it won’t be anything to look forward to.

NONE of them have ever sponsored legislation to reduce taxes, reduce government jobs or reduce spending. The biased liberal main stream media created Blue Dog as a way to make some Democrats sound “moderate” as a way to counter nut-job Pelosi and her demented agenda. This is just like those loser RINOs on the Republican side, Graham and McCain, joining the “Gang of 14″ to block the Replubican Nuclear Option regarding Dem filibusters of judicial nominees.
