Issa goes Rahm-bo on Rahm

This is exactly the kind of pushback it’s going to take to defeat Obama’s culture of corruption. Call them out. Shine the light on their hardball tactics and astroturf campaigns. Fight.
Following reports that White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has been orchestrating an effort to intimidate members of Congress and Governors who raise legitimate concerns regarding the effectiveness of the stimulus, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Ranking Member Darrell Issa (R-CA) sent a letter to Emanuel saying “While this type of scare tactic may work In Chicago, it will not work to intimidate me or other Members of the United States Congress.”
“I and others have dared to bring these facts to the attention of President Obama, the Congress and the American people,” Issa wrote. “You’ve unfortunately reacted by once again resorting to the playbook of the Chicago political machine.”
Last month, Politico reported that Emanuel had “launched a coordinated effort to jam” Senator Kyl and other Administration critics… “[A]fter seeing Kyl and House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) again paint the legislation as a failure on Sunday talk shows, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel directed that the letters from the Cabinet secretaries be sent to [Governor] Brewer, according to two administration officials.”
Issa noted, “The fact that the letters were coordinated by you to maximize the level of intimidation is supported by the timing, structure, and content of each letter. Not only were the four letters all sent the day following Senator Kyl’s remarks, but they were also remarkably similar in tone and sentence structure.”

Good for Rep. Issa.
Yep – shine the light and then put it on the internet. Obama squealling it has been taken out of context in 3..2..1..
They cut and paste off the same email or fax.
The same one the MSM cuts and pastes from…
Gird your loins Darrell.
Standby for some denizen of the Southside to step forward with a blockbuster confession that she had Senator Kyl’s love child.
You heard it here first.
Gird your loins indeed. The push back has begun.
I don’t think we’ve seen this kind of federal/state struggle since 1865 or thereabouts.
It was hard times then, it will be hard times again. Hopefully without the violence this time.
Suddenly I keep hearing Joan Baez singing about the night they drove ole Dixie down.
Finally.
Long past due for someone to stand up this little limpwristed ballet dancer.
Happy Birthday Barak signed Congressman Darrell Issa.
She’s a silly hippie chick. The cool version is by the Band.
Thank you Congressman Issa, good job.
Capone (aka Emanuel): I want you to get this #$%^ where he breathes! I want you to find this nancy-boy Eliot Ness (aka Darrell Issa), I want him DEAD! I want his family DEAD! I want his house burned to the GROUND! I wanna go there in the middle of the night and I wanna #$%^ ON HIS ASHES!
One of the few good guys from my state. Smackdown baby. Keep the lights on the roaches!
Smack down by Issa, who I shall now call Izzy-kizzy lookie Here!
oops; sorry JusDreamin–didn’t see your ‘smackdown’ first…
Congrats to Congressman Issa for having a large set of cojonas.
Hey Mr. Steele … what do you have to say?
^
^
^
(cricket sounds)
Typical Steele response.
Drudge has a link so you can read the letter.
Nice to see that someone in the GOP has a pair.
New left-wing smear campaign in the works.
Go Issa…go get the whimpy little puke.
Ah, the Chicago way isn’t used to people pushing back. This will get fun!
I especially like this section:
Heh.
I LOVE IT. The BEST letter ever written to that nasty weasel Emanuel, and LONG OVERDUE. It’s about time someone told that piece of Chicago Machine to go #*&^ himself. This is TERRIFIC.
Sharp note to follow. LOL
Now, somebody needs to invite Enanuel out and kick his ass.
“Ah just like a Lefty. Bringing a knife to a gunfight!”
In the Army we called then Staff Pukes.
Heh…language Rahm can understand…
“Stimulus? I gotch your stimulus, right here, sweetheart! Capice?”
Congressman Issa is a brave man, and his exposing this little puke Rahmbo’s tactics is spot-on. His district is the one next to where I live, and although I like my Congressman Brian Bilbray [R], Issa is ‘da man!!!
Rahm was so furious he locked himself in his office and watched “The Nutcracker” over and over…
Yeah, stimulate this, carpface. Sorry, I know that was childish, but it felt good. And lord knows we need more of that!
Sorry, but writing letters is not going to bring this administration down or even slow it down. These guys are the real deal and they mean to rule by force and all that implies, e.g. permanently. Your average democrat congress clown may be running, so to speak, in some districts from the voters, but overall this administration continues to get everything it wants which is, well, everything. Premature ejaculations of victory whenever some republican somewhere protests are getting awfully silly. In any event, none of them would be doing anything without the Republican base screaming at them. My nightmare is that the Republicans retake congress next year — and then proceed to voraciously kiss dem butt to show how nice and bi-partisan they are. The screwing continues.
Rahm Emanuel height listed at 5’7″
hahaahhahahhooohhhhahahooooo o h hh h
Wha wait hahhahahah o ohhhh thats a good one
Fact; never photographed in shoes wihtout heels.
Well known fact;
Uses show inserts to pump up shortness…
Approx real Height; maybe on a good day 5″ 3 and a half inches.
Ok oK Just between friends lets say 5’4″
Rahm the squirt with the big bark
Worse yet I’m told he is even shorter on his back
Small all over and not happy about it.
Why do you think Rahm took up ballet? So he could stand on his tippytoes and look taller.
These socialist’s cover-ups are being quickly uncovered and they are not happy. This is a very dangerous time in our Republic. I hope those of you who believe will pray and pray hard for everyone who is fighting this! Michelle Malkin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, etc. etc. All of them need us to lift up prayers every chance we get.
This Issa guy’s turning out to be quite the gadfly lately. With Boxer’s numbers declining, maybe we can get a Senator Issa next year?
That would be sweet.
There are still some cajones in the Republican party? Woo Hoo!
rahm called the senator a m************* a**h*** c*********** J********* who is going to get my size 9 ballet slipper up his m************* a**.
Issa gets audited in 3…2…
Wouldn’t that be nice? Hope it comes to pass…
TRANSLATION: Napoleon Complex
*Rep. Issa is one of the good guys in the GOP; His recently released report on the role government played in the global financial crisis because of CRA et al was a good read; Emanuel shows up in it, and not in a good way; We need to get behind any and all of the good guys as they try to expose P-BO and his Clown Cluster as the “Death to America” party they represent, the Democratic Party, along with the usual tagalong RINO’s.
I wonder how long Rep. Issa has got? I’ll bet ten to one that Rahm has put the hit out already. You can take Rahm out of the mob, but you can’t the mob out of him.
Little rahm has always tried to control messages
but for some his attempts to have the words length or girth eliminated was too much.
It seems these terms always gave little rahm a sense of underachievment
He just didn’t measure up it seems…
OK, that does it! I’m telling!
This is the kind of response we should see daily from Republicans. Why doesn’t it happen more?
Good on you Darrell Issa. You might have made the Olberdork’s list tonight!
The DNC is running anti Kyl radio ads here in Phoenix. Slightly off-topic, Napoleon was 5’6″ which was average height at the time. His guards were chosen to be taller to make it difficult to shoot him.
I THOUGHT Rahm reminded me of someone – he’s an emaciated re-incarnation of Martin Bormann!
On a lighter note my reading for the August break just arrived

August should certainly be an enlightening month. I will report back as I finish.
Wish me well
So, let’s see, Darrell Issa, a Republican Congressman who has devoted his career to doing the thuggish work of Hezbollah, Syria, Arafat, and the Assads, and has a long criminal and semi-criminal rap sheet of intimidation through firing employees at gunpoint, insurance fraud, arson, car theft, lying about his military record, going AWOL, carrying a concealed unlicensed weapon, stealing a company from his employer ex parte in court, etc. is calling out Rahm Emanuel for Chicago Style politics? Um, Pot Kettle Black. Emanuel and Obama are horrid. But Issa is even worse. And you know better, Michelle. To praise him for this when you know what he’s about and have noted it in the past on this site is intellectually dishonest.
Whatsamatter Debbie, not enough web traffic on your site?
Good thing I went to college in the 60′s. I could not … WOULD NOT … read that crap for any course.
“Gimme an F!”
Yay!!!!
More sunlight on the dirty methods known as Chicago politics.
It’s a GREAT time to run for local office here in Chicagoland. I have noticed even in my own neighborhood, the libs are waking up to “same old- same old” tactics of the Dems.
I’m Wes Fowler and I approve this message.
Rham needs his A@@ kicked in. Period. not in the media but by fisticuffs and hard.
Ignoramus4Life, er . . .Infidel4Life, yeah, that’s the ticket: when you can’t attack the message and the plain facts, attack the messenger and use gratuitous insults. My site does quite well, thank you. There is no excuse for Michelle’s cheerleading of thug Darrell Issa.
Debbie, I do not disagree with your assessment of Issa except when you say he is WORSE than Obama and little rahm
This may fall in the broken clock category
Although with Issa he may be stuck at 6:30
