The point was, I was satirizing all the venom and hate mail from the left, that characterizes Michelle as a HORE. (sic) (see link that Michelle provided at the top of this thread. Poor taste? Most likely, but my intent was pure parody, and sometimes when you depict the Left, oh well. I’m sure Michelle and others got it. I apologize if it was too obtuse. I meant no ill will on my part. I am very happy for her success.

In your situation, I would have considered another approach … give them a helping hand by going upstairs, getting a couple of armloads of Michelle’s books, taking them downstairs, and putting them with the rest of the best-sellers, perhaps in front of them. If that gets their goat, all the better.

Point taken, although that might be difficult considering I have to use a cane to get around:)

As for the View audience … I dare say few of those nutroots would bother to take a proffered copy of Michelle’s book – even though free. Same would go for the idiots who wait a year for seats to Oprah.
