    That requirement that you should live in the state you represent is such a PIA for some Senators.

    I’m so proud of my Senators. Oh, and my Representative. Dorgan is up in 2010 and I’m hoping our current Gov. runs against him. If only the election were this year…

    It’s in the laws they pass to protect themselves. When Bill Clinton said, “I did not have sex with that woman; Miss Lewinsky,” he was actually telling the truth. The law in DC does not define oral sex as “sex.”

    It’s similar to the perverts passing a law that says the legal age of consent is 16 or 17. That’s not to protect some horny young high school stud when he takes his date to “the place” and they “do it.” It’s so a bunch of overage adolescents in the legislature can have sex with a 17 year old (boy or girl) and not get prosecuted for illegal sexual intercourse.

    That’s how.
