Better Astroturfing through Craigslist; Update: Soros pours another $5 million into fake grass-roots
Astroturfing? What Astroturfing?
***
Oh, goody. Another $5 million from George Soros.
It all comes back to 1825 K Street.

More follow-up from John at Verum Serum, who finds a Progressive Insurance/Fund for the Public Interest connection.
Which reminds me of my own encounter with an Obamacare foot soldier from Progressive at Denver airport. Remember?

They are running out of options. Releasing thugs works in Chicago but it will back fire by using it against the already frustrated American public. We do out number all the thugs!
This MUST READ column should be all the proof Nany Pelosi needs to know that the Tea Parties in her district in San Francisco are not Astroturf!

I hope Republican Party staff are busy formulating creative ways to stick it to Soros the way that Obama has to Banks, Finance Companies, Auto Companies and now the Insurance industry–at the first opportunity we get.
Are these the “shovel ready” jobs Obama was talking about?
Payment for activism – something the dems knew of all along and is the reason why the democrats have not been able to believe Tea Parties are formed by every-day informed/concerned people (who aren’t paid).
If you have to pay people $11/he to want to work toward this, that says a lot.
yep it says they are desperate….
A paid mob will never have the passion that the rest of us have. This paid mob more than likely doesn’t understand what is at stake in the debate. I am amazed that the contempt that our elected officials have for us is being exposed. We’re just supposed to shut up and pay the bill for all their stupid projects.
is the progressive insurance company a creation of the california subprime slug who sold his company to bank of america right before the collapse and between mozzilla of countrywide and this clown they decimated the california real estate market? the guy i’m speaking of was the jerk made infamous on the snl lampoon of the subprime blowup which nbc promptly classified top secret and never to be replayed.
if progressive is this guys company, people should avoid it like the plague.
I passed this one on to Glenn Beck to investigate a bit further…
lgm??
And you wonder what ACORN was going to do with all that taxmoney
Wait a gosh darn second. I thought earlier this year the politicians were all up in arms about Craiglist being used to provide prostitution services. What has changed since then?

Union thug call-out. “…drown out…” opposition. They say it. They mean it. They do it.
Yeah, but one Demoncrat’s prostitute is another Demoncrat’s “grass-roots” constituent.
Or, in the right circumstances, both…
i.e.:
The leader is mobilizing all his National Socialist Workers (i.e., “brownshirts”) to threaten and smash any and all freedom of speech and assembly of the people who oppose his master plan for National Socialism in America.

Wait a minute…
Why are the SEIU Union members organizing to support government health care at Town Hall meetings?
Unions are supposed to be exempt from Government health care!
Why, yes… Yes, they are.
Of course, they are completely immune from any minimum wage, as well. But they fight for increases in minimum wage at every turn.
Hmmmm…. Wonder why…???
Not to nitpick, but I think you’re missing a couple of verbs.
Some of those grassblade/astroturf campaign jobs offer benefits. Pot pours into black kettle?
The more you know the weirder it gets.
My guess is they will lose the argument. Paid vs unpaid, the real grassroots wins every time.
So tell me, who thinks this will stop if the Democrats manage to pass something?
Who is the Conservative Soros? Dammit, we have to have someone out there with deep pockets to counter this radical Marxist. One of the Waltons? Truett Cathy, founder of Chik-Fil-A?
Let’s dig through the Forbes 400 and find someone!
I was at the Hank Johnson townhall tonite in Ga. One officer estimated at 1000 and another estimated at 2500. It was crowded.
All Pro Health Care people were young and were carrying the PDF sign that was emailed by Mitch Stewart.
All Anti-health care people had homemade signs – no 2 were alike.
Moveon.org young people were asking people to sign a petition to give to our senator/congressman. All the Moveon people were very young…and dirty looking i might add.
Who’s astroturfing?
Does Nancy even have a soul?
Vampires don’t have souls.
If Soros was really interested in helping people he could donate those millions directly to a health care fund for the poor and indigent. But of course that is not really his agenda.
