   This is very settled law. An estate is required to pay the costs of “final illness” first…highest priority…before any money is distributed to heirs or even paid to other claims against the estate.

   In other words, the feds would get first call on your estate.

   Uh, doesn’t the Federal Government already have the same information in most cases when you file your annual income tax return?

   Having it in the IRS does not automatically grant disclosure to another agency.

   I believe the correct US Code is here if you like reading legalese. (Not my favorite thing…) If I understand it correctly, the code would need to be amended to include the health care bureaucracy.

   I’m uncertain what they might mean by “personal” records distinct from financial ones. That’s curious.

   We cannot, must not forget everyone has a stake in this, therefore, we need all hands on deck, which is why I suggest enlisting the questionable segment of all demographics.

   Really this is pretty crazy and scary and I’ll tell you I’m not backing down and mostly it is because of the dismissal and calling citizens un-american that has got me going, even my father called me when he saw Gibbs say these were “manufactured” protests. And he is 67 and ready to go PROTEST! I for one am voting out every single person in Federal positions in my district that has been in office over 4 years, under 4 years I will be checking their voting records and NOTHING more, no tv ads nothing will I watch and that is how I will vote.    That would depend on the person’s interest in the trust. Maybe yes, and that assumes there are no new Federal laws that permit reaching into the trust.

   If the person making the trust retained no interest in the trust corpus (a non-revocable trust, with no life interest to the benefactor), the answer would normally be that the trust only can be used to benefit the beneficiaries.

    Not sure what you’re exactly talking about, but the issue may not be as simple as what’s in a trust or living trust.
