There should be a minimum standard for the crime necessary to be compared to Hitler. Enforcing possibly ill considered environmental legislation that possibly foolishly prevents digging a coal mine is not the same as murdering millions of people. Not even close.

Maybe there should be a minimum number of murders — say ten. A President causing more than ten people to be murdered could be compared to Hitler. Between 2 and 9 the comparison could be to Pol Pot. A single murder could get at most an Arafat comparison.

No administration can possible enforce all the laws on the federal books. That is one of the MANY reasons we need a much smaller central government. Each must assign a hierarchy of law they will attempt to enforce.

THE ONE has elected to NOT enforce MANY laws…the Constitution chief among them. They have affirmatively VIOLATED MANY laws, including the most fundamental contract and bankruptcy laws.
