…POTUS and VP are exempt from security clearance examinations for receiving classified information listed in EO 12968.

However, Sections 5.2(5)(d) and (e) make it clear that if the agency head in charge of such classified info determines that the procedures listed within the EO cannot be invoked without risk to national security – then such provisions do not limit the agency head’s power to deny release of classified information.

The exemption for POTUS is a procedure listed in EO 12968 and as such the agency head does not have to abide by it if – in his sole discretion – national security may be at risk. Furthermore, the law states that the agency head’s determination is conclusive.

Our current leader has said so many time (more than be counted) that he inherited all these problems. It used to irratate me, but I now see a different light.
Think about this from a legal sense. If someone bequeaths something to you and you accept, then ownership transfers to the one who accepts it.
So for this case, it doesn’t matter where the inheritance came from because now Obama owns it. Therefore, he has to deal with it. So far has a perfect record – he’s messed it all up.

The Che-loving leftists prevented Bush from filling numerous judicial appointments, that will now be filled by Obama.

Obama was born with British citizenship. That is an undisputed fact that was acknowledged by his own campaign. His father was a British subject, and that passed from father to son at birth.

Such a person is not a “natural born citizen of the United States”, and is ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander in Chief of all of our Armed Forces. This is not a conspiracy theory, it is a legal issue. And we better get serious about removing this usurper from office.
