    This is what confuses me about the whole stimulus (and yes, I realize I am not nearly as intelligent as those members of Congress and our President). But when I drive down I-5 and see signs with that stupid stimulus logo on it, and drive through some workzone where they’re repaving a road they just paved 2 years ago, it looks like all the trucks are DOT trucks, and all the workers are the same DOT workers who have ALWAYS worked for the DOT – so how is this creating jobs if the people who are already employed are simply getting a new paving project to work on?
