The payment to the defunct beauty school is like one of the payments Obama made through some foundation when he was in Chicago–he hired a couple of supporters to build a park, and they disappeared with the funds.

Instead, that money should have gone to a school to teach Mrs. Duh One how to dress like a First Lady.
