I wouldn’t be shocked at all. If I’m reading Chapter 7 right, while everything except the primary residence would be gone, any forfeiture would take a back seat to everything except interest payments on unsecured debt and any distribution to the debtor.

Of course, since I’m not a lawyer, much less a bankruptcy lawyer, take my intepretation for what it’s worth (2 grains of salt).
