these lying weasels have been telling us they are closing the border for at least the last 8 years. how many miles of border fence have gone up? the only reason the flood of illegals has diminished to a running river is because the obama economy is so crappy even illegals can’t find work. when i see women who can’t speak english in the emergency room to deliver a baby, it’s another anchor baby to allow another 20 illegals to march north for the welfare their own country won’t give them.

So who pays? 1 guess. Illegals won’t be under this plan, but they don’t have to show proof of residency…much like saying that you can’t drive a car without a license, but you don’t have to show one, when asked. People will be treated, regardless of residency. You can’t ask physicians/nurses to ask for proof first. It’s the old “answer without an answer”. Obama answers the question, without really answering it.

oh, and if we dont cover the 17 million people that just fell through the cracks, how are we going to realize any preventative healthcare savings or decreased emergency room usage? There will be no curve bending. The idea that the illegal immigrants would not be covered is a sham. The Dems have no intent on following through on it. “You lie” seems like an appropriate response.

There is also a problem with SCOTUS holding that makes it unconstitional to to deny certain public services to aliens. In 1982 SCOTUS held that alien children were entitled to education. I forsee protracted legal challenges to any law that denies illegal immigrants access to a public health system.

Our lovely hostess brought up the relationship between S-CHIP program and Mr. Baucus. Since that goody was shoved down our throats (partially funded by increased cigarette taxes), can anyone tell me what happens to that insane piece of legislation when a healthcare reform bill is passed? I’ve heard it qualified 1/2 the children in MT for S-CHIP. Will S-CHIP be nullified with only the remaining members of a family be required to get insurance?

Remember the prez said this would be a transparent “gument” , and no lobbiest, no earmarks, and he would go through EVERY bill line by line to make sure there were no earmarks??? And if their were, he would veto that bill?? Oh yeah!!
Well, he sure was truthful about those thing wasn’t he?? I’m sure he’s just as honest about the healthcare bill.
