    Your answer is acceptable if you acknowledge that Pres Clinton did not get Osama bin Laden using law enforcement, for eight years.

    That Pres Bush did not get Osama bin Laden using our military, for eight years.

    And, that Pres Obama has not gotten Osama bin Laden using the military and law eforcement, for nine months.
