“Undocumented” ID thief turns in all his fake papers, asks for ticket home

By Michelle Malkin  •  September 30, 2009 09:47 AM

Well, here’s a trend I hope catches on (oh, and so much for being “undocumented,” eh?):

A Framingham man who told police he can’t afford to return to his native Guatemala, turned himself in Saturday on identity theft charges so he could eventually be deported, police said.

Carlos F. Boc, 29, told officers he had no job or money and was worried about surviving the winter, police spokesman Lt. Paul Shastany said.

Just after 8:30 Saturday night, Boc went to the front window at the Framingham Police station and spoke to Officer Joe Godino.

“He said he needed help in returning to his home country,” Shastany said.

Boc then showed documents, including a birth certificate and a Social Security number of another man, as well as a driver’s license with his picture but the other man’s information. Boc said he had stolen his former roommate’s identification after the man moved back to Puerto Rico two years ago, Shastany said.

Boc also provided proof of his real name. Boc told police he came to the United States from Guatemala 13 years ago, but could not afford to return. Illegal immigrants convicted of a felony are subject to deportation. He entered this country illegally through Mexico, police said.

Tell that to the white man and his two small sons returning from a fishing trip during the so called Liberty City riots in Miami, when they were all dragged from the car and beaten to death by the mob, including the small boy.

Haiti is a very dysfunctional country, and its illegals in this country commit crimes at rates that make the Mexicans look positively like Boy Scouts by comparison.

FYI We’re providing a taxi service. I have a friend who used to service planes for the US Marshalls. About once a month, he had to ride along on the plane taking illegal aliens down to a Latin American country, can’t remember which one. Most of these people would turn themselves in so they get a free ride home. One man showed my friend a big wad of money and said he’ll return to the States in a few months. Wouldn’t surprise me in this case.

Maybe, but its just as likely that The US Government will find a way to give him the option of moving his family here, subsidizing them, and have them live here first class at tax payer expense. Anything less would be inhumane. Just ask John McCain and Lindsey Graham,Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and of course Barack Obama.

It probably won’t take long before his memory will be refreshed as to just how much his home country sucks compared to the U.S., and he decides to sneak back in. I wonder how much the tax payers will pay for that trip back home. Maybe we should brand these people somehow to determine who has been deported already. That way, if they come back, we can put them in jail for awhile (Joe Arpaio style) and have them bang out license plates to pay for their own way back to the border.

As much as it troubles me to disagree with you Michelle, on this post I must. I hope that the trend of seeing people so worried about surviving the Winter in this country, does NOT catch on. I doubt that this man is turning himself in for any other reason than to get a free ticket home. Once he has taken care of what ever business he has back in Guatemala, he will return here under this or another fake identity.

These guys are mostly just trying to make a better life under the rules we make and enforce. This guy should be provided transportaion home and the bill for transportation and court charges sent to the Guatemalan gov’t. If they refuse to apy, we keep track of it and deduct it from any $’s they receive from the US.

On the other hand, I am sympathetic to their situation. They are desperate. Our traitorous leaders lead them to believe they can get money by coming here to work as what is almost slave labor.

I don’t blame them. I blame McCain and his ilk. Nothing but damned racists exploiting desperate people for cheap labor.

Enforce the laws. If we need more workers, speed up the citizenship process. It’s not as if there aren’t millions of law abiding immigrants waiting in line for a shot at freedom.

You know… that there is part of the problem concerning the criminals that pour across our border to do their crime here in the USA rather than their home country. Think about it from their perspective – there are better looking and softer woman to rape, a lot more loot around to steal, soft liberal infected courts to sympathize with your deprived childhood circumstances and .. prisons that “provide basic services” to the prisoners that by far better than what they possibly could imagine getting on the OUTSIDE of a prison back in their home country. Better food, free medical care, TV, exercise equipment, yada…

Illegals who commit crimes in the USA should be thrown in SPECIAL prisons – ones funds solely by cash sent by the government of their home country to house them here. Those governments can have a CHOICE – either do that and PAY for them to be here or take em’ BACK right a way instead of clogging our courts trying to keep them from coming back.
