and to think the last GREAT democrat president repealed the anti liquor law because he found that nanny state stupidity created gangsters and corruption. now the modern day democrats want to repeal sanity and tax anything americans like. can underground burger speakeasies be far behind? let’s see, we taxed cigarettes, and now tribal areas are making a fortune selling cigarettes, we outlawed gambling and ditto, we taxed alcohol, and border cities in canada are making a killing as are border cities in mexico, we taxed gasoline, and mexico is making a killing, we just don’t seem to learn. If I recall correctly, produce has been found to be contaminated with e.coli too. Anyone remember a little while back when we couldn’t get tomatoes, for example?

I ate a double coronary burger at the Vortex Bar and Grill in Atlanta. This was a 1/2 pound of 80/20 beef, 4 slices of cheese, 5 slices of bacon, 2 fried eggs, grilled onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. In place of the buns are two grill cheeses. This was a warm up on Man Vs. Food. I couldn’t finish it…but almost! I had sweet potato fries, a dill pickle spear along with it.

They also have an Elvis Burger that has peanut butter, fried bananas and bacon. I couldn’t take the kid in cuz the Georgia law doesn’t allow children to go into establishments that allow smoking.

How is that for politically incorrect hangouts? Great beer menu too!
