This needs to be pursued to the bitter end. I believe the blood trail of ACORN will ultimately lead to the rightful prosecution of hundreds of political criminals including those in the White House.

This is a major breach in their dam and is why they are fighting so hard to seal it, and probably why they are attacking Fox and effective conservartives so hard. They are hanging on by the skin of their teeth.

I guess you could say the same about the Mafia, right? It took YEARS for Capone to be convicted – and he was never jailed for any of the many murders he committed, but for income tax fraud.

It’s just disingenuous to make the statement “you can’t call them criminals if they haven’t been convicted.” That’s not the way our system works.

But of course you know that. Leftists simply have no scruples.

Michelle, ACORN is also still getting some extortion funding directly from US banks. It has something to do with the “anti redlining” efforts. Banks either have to give more mortgages to those who can’t afford them in “under represented areas” or donate $$ or in kind stuff to ACORN. Beck had an expose on this within the last 2 weeks. I don’t remember the details, but it is a perfect money funnel to ACORN since supposedly Congress cut them off, (at least until 11/1/09 or so I have heard).

ACORN is a criminal enterprise.

With all due respect, Ms. Malkin – of what crime has ACORN been convicted? I’d welcome references for all of these purported “crimes” that make that entire organization deserving of such a label.
