Another racial hoax crime with the New Black Panther Party seal of approval

And the hoax crimes just keep on piling up.

The latest recanting took place in West Virginia:

Seven people pleaded guilty for their part in abusing Megan Williams — but now Williams says that abuse never happened.

She will hold a press conference Wednesday in Columbus, Ohio, to recant her claims of abuse, attorney Byron L. Potts, who represents Williams, told The Charleston Gazette on Tuesday night.

“She has decided she has been living this lie for approximately two years and she has decided to tell the truth,” Potts said. “She fabricated the story and she did this in retaliation because she was having a relationship with one of them.”

You won’t be surprised who was in the middle of the racially-charged fakery. That’s right: New Black Panther Party clown Malik Shabazz. You know, the same one for whom Eric Holder’s corrupted Justice Department provided relief and cover in the Philadelphia voter intimidation case:

At the time of the plea deals, Megan Williams, her adopted mother Carmen Williams, and her adviser Malik Shabazz criticized the plea agreements, claiming they were too light a punishment. Shabazz, co-founder of Black Lawyers for Justice and a member of the New Black Panther Party, gave Williams and her family legal counsel.

The Williams family, Shabazz and others criticized Abraham for only pursuing a hate crime charge for Burton.

Now Williams claims she wasn’t abused at all, Potts said.

“They did plead guilty, I don’t know why,” he said of the defendants. “This is what she’s telling me.”

Two years ago, you may recall that Shabazz and his race hustlers helped enable the Duke lacrosse hoax crime accuser.

Keep all this in mind as you reflect on how Holder’s DOJ has refused to enjoin the lying, inciting Shabazz from showing up at polling booths with his billy club-wielding, racial epithet-hurling thugs.

So much for the era of post-racialism.

    Apparently your requirement for a crime to be racially based is for a racial slur to have been used.

    Black kids beat up a white kid for sitting in a bus seat – not racially motivated.

    4. Hate Crime laws aimed solely at whites. It is not applied equally across all races and we know it. Just another way to get whitey.

    6. If you are white and you find yourself in an all black neighborhood. Look out. You are in real danger. That’s a fact. Ask any sane white person. But blacks generally have no issue in white neighborhoods. At least they don’t fear for their safety. And don’t try to find the exception and hold it up as the rule.
    7. As stats show, black on white crime is many many time greater than the reverse. Blacks are many more times likely to commit crimes in general. Again, man up and take responsiblity of your life and your actions.
    8. All shortcomings of blacks (dropout rates,poor education, crime, etc) are blamed on whitey, even though we throw more and more $ trying to help them. Man up balck community and straighten up your own life and stop blaming the elusive white racist.

    Look the list can go on forever. The point is many whites are getting tired of the constant howls of racsim where none, or very low levels, exist. Look, shut up and live your life.     When a person is falsely accused, there are a myraid of emotions going through your head and sometimes the best course of action is to plead guilty and get a lower jail sentence than risk it all and end up locked for alot longer. Fight for your rights, ask for an attorney and then your accusers start leveling the accusation that if you didn’t do anything wrong why do you need a lawyer?

    Think this is far fetched-Ask the Duke Lax Team and Coach Mike Pressler how they felt.

    Consider this; try keeping your head on straight when you are being falsely accused of crime you didn’t commit, you have 7 to 8 people verbally telling you that they have evidence damming your guilt, anything you say will be held against you-taken out of context and spun to ensure maximum destruction of your career and you ultimately end up in a psych ward for a period of time.

    By the way, this occurs to you while you are in the military and the above happens to you and it gets even worse: Your E-7+ Disciplinary Review Board has already determined your guilt and has already scheduled your Executive Officers Inquiry an hour after the board and you find out you are scheduled for NJP with your Commanding Officer a week later.

    So innocent people do plead guilty because its alot easier than fighting when the deck is stacked against you. Add in the racial componet and even more so-its unfortunately reached a point that Weary Citizen hit the nail on the head about white people being discriminated against in so many ways. Its hard being a white college educated male in Memphis looking for work, listening to the racist comments coming from the local city council (ala Joe Brown-NOT the tv Judge Joe Brown) and dealing with the rampant racism on a daily basis.

    BTW-The above military incident happened to me back in 2005, and I asked the senior NCO board member after evidence came out exhonorating the three of us if she still thought we were guilty. She tapped danced worse than a Chicago politician and refused to answer the question, which I calmly replied then that since you cannot say three men were innocent in the face of irrefutable eveidence, you have demonstrated an ability to refuse to be impartial and considered us guilty from the beginning.

    If I had any confidence in my former CO/XO/Senior NCO to truly punish the guilty, I would have written up an E-5 with several charges (including Falsfying an document & being caught backdating a computer responsibilty document) and ensured he would have never done this to another man again. An E-6 with no medals for valor versus and E-5 with a Bronze Star and Purple Heart-there is no way the E-5 was going to lose anything.

    She can say she wasn’t abused all she wants but when cops found her she had been stabbed in the leg, her head had been shaved and her boyfriends mother admitted, at the scene, that the girl was basically chained up and she was watching her for her son.

    Let’s not make victims out of cretin here.These people, Williams included, are straight out of a Rob Zombie movie.
