I don’t know what you have against Glenn Beck and I don’t care but at least just admit you have a beef with him and move on. You wouldn’t have linked the “fake tears tapes” if there wasn’t something more behind it.

So, what exactly gets under your skin about Beck? That he cares about the country and investigating this administration while Obummer water carriers like you would rather point to his “fake” tears as proof that he should be dismissed?

The reporter would know who he spoke with, wouldn’t he? If it was really Brown who taped and Gerber is just taking the heat, I’d think the reporter would be more than happy to say “uhhh…I didn’t speak with Gerber. I spoke with Brown.”

But of course this from the GDP expert who thinks it is published by the Labor Department.

I think somebody should cry for this country and it might as well be Beck. Are you? This just in! Jerry Brown, Attorney General of California, former Governor of California, and current candidate for the office of Governor of California, admits he has illegally taped phone calls with reporters.

Your illiteracy amazes me. Reread that article and tell me again who admitted to taping the conversation.

These acts are a clear violation California Penal Code Section 632 which prohibits the recording of private telephone conversations without the notification and consent of all parties prior to taping.

I wonder if the press will make a big deal of this and if anyone in the California government will be going after Brown?
