P.S. I lost my job over my political views recently.. The Dems are desperate, & their tightening the screws on anyone who speaks ill of them.. I found out yesterday that the Founder of my former employer donated about $100,000 to the Dems in 2008 alone.. They were watching my political activities through my browsing at work no doubt.. I guess they figure if I have no money, I can't do as much.. I have bad news for them.. God will provide a way.. ;)

Just a reminder.. Coming up soon on Pelosi, Reid & the Obama Bot's agenda is going to be unprecedented gun control measures.. They will need those to force things like this health care plan on us, & eventually enforce it by jailing people who won't comply..

So, be sure to talk to people you know who may be on the fence about the necessity of the Second Amendment.. They need to know that this is no joke.

The people at Waco were nuts to be sure.. But do you remember how Reno & the Feds handled it? They slaughtered those people like they were cattle, & got four of their agents killed in the process..

Now people with the same mentality as Reno had back then, have more power than they did back then, & they are calling everyday Christians, anyone who doesn't like what the feds are doing, & gun owners "Potential Domestic Terrorists". I'm sure that I'm in some Federal law enforcement database as such, & probably Michelle Malkin too for that matter. I don't really worry about it, because I trust God.. We need to fight back though, because there has never been a greater time of tyranny in this country than what we are seeing today..

Starting on page 1428 is the definition of "Community Health Worker".

NOTHING in this definition requires ANY level of education. In fact, a pre-schooler will qualify as a "Community Health Worker". And 'advocating for health care' is also a desired attribute!

ACORN will now be called a Health Care Organization.

If every representative prints off one copy, 865,650 sheets of copy paper will have been used (assuming one-side copy).

I'm not a treehugger, but I wonder how many trees equal 865,650 sheets of paper.

Lou Dobbs is currently stating facts on how Medicare and Medicaid will be cut. This bill is a joke.

Also, I watch FOX, but would rather have eyeball extracted without anesthesia (in the Healthcare Reform bill to save money) than to watch Shep Smith.

In the software world (where I try to make a living in between being angry at the government) we call it "spaghetti code." It refers to ancient code that no one really knows how it works anymore anyway, and anyone can change anything so everything is subject to unexpected behavior. Here's my health care plan:

1 Save some money while you're young and healthy. You can use it or not for health-related expenses whenever you wish, it earns interest when you don't use it.

2 If you become sick before you have enough saved to pay for it, you can borrow against future payments to your account at no penalty to your credit rating.

3 Everyone pays a certain amount, based on ability to pay and known risk factors, into a general fund that disburses payments to any creditors under (2) who suffer a loss because the debtor is unable to pay because of death or complete disability.

4 The amount collected in (3) for any fiscal year may not exceed the total disbursments plus administrative expenses. Any excess is returned, pro-rated, to the payors. Any shortfalls are covered by short-term borrowing, preferably from accounts established under (1), to be repaid the following fiscal year in their entirety.

5 Anything you have left in your account established in (1) is part of your estate and passes to your heirs, after payment of any debts accumulated under (2).

Imperfect, but not spaghetti code.

After a quick skim thru the 1900 page monstrosity I have come to two conclusions. No one can understand this bill in it's entirety. Never mind the hundreds or thousand of pages that they will likely try to tack on.

Secondly, it is not about health care. It as about complete government control over every aspect of your life. what you are allowed to eat, how you will get care and how much you can get based on funds and the persons risk, which they claim Big Insurance did.

Also, thank you, Tom B. This bill is boondoggle bureaucratic bullsh!++ at its finest, to confuse,to overwhelm, and to, as Alinsky recommends,
<em>push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside. </em> Afterall, we will be "racist" if we disagree.

Who, after all, wants to really read 1900 pages of Congressional legal-nese mumbojumbo? You got it, not the average citizen who has better things to do. I can only hope the GOP sees lots of errors and red flags, as this citizen does.

May God bless this great nation of ours, and give our true leaders the discernment to fight socialism, which is what this bill promotes.

Sorry, I posted this on another thread, meant to do it on this one.. Was in too much of a hurry..

So check out this provision in Pelosi's Bill.. I've been reading it for about 1 & a 1/2 hours. They are so concerned about "Health Care" that they put money from Penalties back in the "General Treasury" receipts (fund), so that they can use it for whatever they want.. Why not put it back into the "HealthCare" system they are touting? This is the Social Security/Medicare debacle/fraud redux.. Just a way to extort money & grow the Government.. Check out the part in Bold below..

‘‘(iii) OVERALL LIMITATION FOR UN2
