Could we put this on pay-per-view? Let’s see these frauds fight for their jobs as a form of entertainment! I mean they don’t really capture the attention of the consumer anymore so perhaps this would be a good idea.

pabarge–thanks for the link. To be totally non-PC, & I do not apologize for it, this Roig-Franzia looks to me like he could use an occasional round of fisticuffs to help him man up. Perhaps everyone at the wa-po can benefit from a weekly session with Allen. And yes, anytime a MAN is called that, it is an instant & open invitation for a beat down, whether the MAN was a Marine or not.

Having worked at a newspaper, I sympathize with the person who attacked the reporter. I can remember a very experienced editor once shouting out in complete frustration, “Who writes this s**t??”

You have to remember the average reporter is not terribly bright or very literate. Editing the drek they turn out is truly a job I do not envy.
