It’s a little short notice. I don’t think I can go all the way to Washington. I can call though. And call and call.
Not that it will do any good. I’m a Conservative in New York. I don’t have any representation in Washington.
March on Washington as Sherman to the sea. One lump or two? Milk?
GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann rocks-
Sadly for the GOP most of the stones in the Party belong to the women. I take it she did not invite the neutered newt? I HOPE she did not neutered newt except as a bad example
perhaps.
I will proxy protest for the right price. There is a surcharge if you want me hold a sign and additional for for every Hitler reference I utter.
Remember this has NOTHING to do with healthcare. It is not legislation; it is a coup.
I’ll be there with Vets For Freedom on that day and we will be SURE to stop by and see Michelle. Bank it.
It might be worth a few bucks to see Chap attend holding a sign against Death Panels or Abortion Funding. Should we pass the hat?
Oh how I wish I could attend. Y’all stay safe!
Hmmm. I like this one better.
This is not about health care, this is about government control. These “progressives” will lie, cheat or steal to fundamentally change the USA.
I am trying to find out when and where the bus in Eden Prairie, MN leaves. I can’t go to DC, but I want to see them off and maybe even bring some goodies to fortify the travelers!! Anyone know anything about the Eden Prairie bus(s)?
I would just love to see Sarah show up. This would be great to have Michelle B and Sarah together. Two consertavative, beautiful ladies.
L
Somehow, I think it would be more effective for folks to bring their own custom-made posters. Too many pre-printed posters and you get the lefties in the MSM screaming “Astroturf!”
Once again you confuse us with Democrats. We don’t need to hire Astroturf protesters. Apply at ACORN or the DNC. They don’t pay much, but it should get you a bottle of wine or a gallon of moonsh.. – uhhh ethanol.
May I suggest concurrent marches at our local congressional offices? I cannot take the time away from my business to do Washington on Thursday, but I can rally a group of people to go to my local representative’s office.
Good idea. For $25 more (plus costs. Should take about a fifth of Smirnoff to get me good and riled), I will show up to the protest drunk. Thus increasing dramatically my chances of getting arrested!
unfortunately i have to work. i wish all those within commuting distance to show up and scream at these scuzzbuckets. 58% of surveyed WOMEN don’t want obamacare. dems can’t afford to p.o. women.
You can’t bring posters into the capitol building. There are shirts you can get to wear. But leave the poster home this time.

It’s outside, on the steps. Not in the building itself. But another good idea! For just $30 more, I will wear a tee shirt with a message of your choice too!

Comrade Obama (PBUH) has not hidden his real agenda–changing the U.S.A. into the new United Socialistic States of Amerika. The American Pravda (not MSM) does not report fairly on his objectives–they are “in the tank” for the Messiah and “sugarcoat” the C**P SANDWICHES he prepares for us.
***
His comments are not always lies–his plans to tax only the rich are true.
***
The new definition of rich is ANYONE WHO STILL HAS A JOB.
***
TEAPARTY DOWN DUDES–too bad I’m not in driving distance of D.C. It will have to be a local Patriots affair.

Better be careful, chap. Entrepreneurship can have you thrown out of the socialist party. Next thing you know you’ll be talking about, capital, profits, fiscal years…someone in your party might mistake you for a capitalist and denounce you. Next thing you know, you’ll be at the train station, shovel in hand, waiting to go to the re-education camp.
It is my understanding that Michele Bachmann wants people to actually go into the capitol building, find your representative, and make your voice heard!
“The battle to prevent President Obama and Congress’s misguided health care reform resumes! We must pull out all the stops for the next couple of weeks to fight this.
Rep Michele Bachmann warned that the health care bill being released in the House is the “crown jewel of Socialism” which will result in 5.5 million jobs being lost. See http://www.youtube.com.
She is holding a press conference on the steps of the Capitol on Thursday, Nov 5 at noon. Then she will be asking all those who can make it, to walk the halls of Congress with her and implore on the politicians there to stop this deficit-ballooning legislation.“
Sounds like the shyster business isn’t paying too well.
That or our greed is insatiable.
No, socialists are by definition never greedy. That word is only permitted in conjunction with “capitalist”, “businessman”, or “Republican”.
But lawyers by definition always are.
What will happen when txvet’s worldviews collide?!?!?
I get more representation from Michelle Bachmann than I get from the 3 clowns who are supposed to represent me.
chapoutier = Capitalist Pig
Bless your heart…
Well, the House is scheduled to be in session on 5 November but I bet the security at the door won’t be letting throngs of the great unwashed run the halls of the Capitol even if Michelle Bachmann vouches for folks.
The Capitol Police are likely to wet their collective pants if more than 3 actual conservatives show up on the steps of the building. I wonder if I can get off work on short notice…
Do we get to post pictures of it online??

Well, only ASPIRING capitalist pig unless someone steps up to the plate and hires me. Come on people! Make sure your voice, as interpreted through my dulcet baritone voice, is heard on Thursday!
That’s been the definition of rich for at least fifteen years.

Isn’t that how the SEIU democrats do it?
I will also buy you lunch and drive you to Whole Foods to pick up that $100 worth of castor oil for Hangfire.
I think most of us on this site have learned the lesson that evidently continues to elude the GOP and RNCC. DON’T GIVE MONEY TO LEFTISTS GIVING LIP SERVICE TO CONSERVATIVE POLICIES.
Maybe you can get Michael Steele or Newt Gingrich to endorse you but I suspect nobody here will be sending wads of cash to line your pockets…
Is Chap prostituting himself again?
So I take it you won’t be hiring Chap?
Doesn’t affect my worldviews. In my worldview, only tort lawyers are always greedy. They may claim to be socialists, but they have a secret mean streak.
Is that a segue to discuss the ineffectivness of tort reform in controlling heal—
Awww, Never mind.
He is a LAWYER for Pete’s sake. That is the nature of the beast. The major difference between lawyers and “Ladies of the Evening” are that “Ladies of the Evening” enjoy slightly higher social status.
I let you have the last word last time, because I went to bed – not because you had a point. You are still wrong for reasons I’m sure you could deduce yourself, if you think it through. We’ll get into that subject again another time.
Alas, Txvet2, Chappy cannot conceive of the possibility of himself being wrong. Therefore, he could not possibly deduce anything that would lead him to conclude he is in error.
When you think about this phenomenon it is obviously quite common in narcissistic left-wing types…
Especially when the arguments to the contrary are so pathetic and unsubstantiated. Those silly facts and statistics just puff up my ego!
How about “Taze Me Bro”? I mean you should present quite the target if you’re good and drunk, yellin’ obsenities and disturbing the peace.
I’d pay to see that.
Does anyone else find is telling that this same “government” that wants to take over healthcare can’t even get the H1N1 vaccine distributed as planned.
Chappy’s new motto: “Cogito cogito, ergo cogito sum.”
OOUUUCCHH!!
How much for a Hitler mustache and a sign calling Obama a liar?
One lump or two chappy? One lump or two (how much are we talking here?).
Errah, don’t worry the government run medical oversight board will have community healthalizers, neighborhood wellness directors and medical activist determining what is an allowable procedure by your doctor. Geez I hope all of this is in alignment with “green” jobs. I’ll sign up right after one of those supermodels is standing in a healthcare line behind a homeless guy with TB horking up one of his lungs.
Chap, I wouldn’t pay you to protest but I would chip in to have you arrested. Anybody else?
I wondered why you posted that link. It certainly wasn’t because it was germane. But as I said, some other time when I feel like wasting an hour or so beating my head against your invincible ignorance.
*I can’t make it, but will continue to e-mail/call my member of congress to steer clear of this monstrosity if he cares to keep his job; And in honor of Chaps, I will wear my shirt proclaming, “The only good lawyer is a dead lawyer”.
Remember one truth: Barack Hussein Obama is a liar. Today, he tells each audience what he thinks they want to hear. If you go back to his speeches to his core, Marxist base (SEIU, ACORN), you’ll hear what he really wants — a socialist country with minimal individual freedom and massive “redistribution” of wealth (for social justice sake, of course) from the middle and upper class to the lower classes and the “disadvantaged” (who aren’t anxious to work for what the rest of us have, but are willing to take it.)
Ron,
I think you meant “pathological liar.”
It’s fun to watch Chap channel Billy “The Pitchman” Mays. I don’t think there was a product he wouldn’t hawk either.
Meet Up Location for The Rally:
anyone who wants to carpool from PA or points north-
Dillsburg PA Giant off Rte 15 parking lot at 8am Thursday we will cram into as many autos as need be.
COME ONE COME ALL BACHMANN HAS MADE THE CALL!!!
And punch and ice cream at my apartment afterward. Just take the Red Line from Union Station to Silver Spring, exit on the west side of Colesville Road, walk north on Colesville and just start yelling “CHAPOUTIER! CHAPOUTIER!” I will come right down and fetch you. You might want to flail your arms while shouting so I can more easily see you from my building. Also bright clothing and a garish hat would help as well. If you hit the AFI Theater, you’ve gone too far.
And don’t forget your torches and pitchforks…
Not gonna do it…no sir! The last time, it was south on Colesville. I shouted for hours until I was hoarse. The cops came and I felt shame. Didn’t even have your real name. Was taken to the hospital to see if I had Alzheimer’s or some type of psychosis. No more…no more…
Dude…you missed an epic bash. And everyone was like “Where’s cabrerski?” Especially this hot chick…no wait…hot Swedish twins. They were sooo disappointed you didn’t show. They said they would be at the protest and ice cream social on Thursday.
So you HAVE to show up.
If people can’t go, and it is short notice, on purpose I assume, then man the phones, faxes and email.
We have to stop this abomination.
The goals are as follows:
If you can make it to Washington, D.C. be there. (Not too bad for me as I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.) I believe we’ll disperse from the Capitol to the individual House office buildings to engage members of Congress.
If you can’t be there but live in a state capital, go to the state capital building at noon.
If you live in the hinterlands, go to your Congressman’s district office at noon.
Other suggestions: Twitter “We Stand Together” and use hashtag #killbill at 12:15pm.
Call the White House (202.456.1414) at 1:00 p.m. and tell them “We stand together.”
Call your local Congressional office at 1:15 p.m.
Email your Representative at 1:30 p.m.
I think it will be fun to get in the face of some of these Democrats in the attempt to set them straight.
