Yes, follow the rules, don’t exploit them, but do get the best bill out of committee. Europes opinion, if indeed that is the motive, should not enter into the equation.

Yes, let’s be accommodating because that’s a true reflection of the workings of our Republic. Yes, let’s be like Europe that ceded everything to political correctness and fake science than actually hearing what the people want.

There is no best bill that comes from this committee. None. I’m tired of the gradualist, let’s sneak things through, or give a little at a time guise to what passes as “good” legislation.

I wonder if one of those “expert” witnesses was Dr. Richard Lindzen testifying that the climate models used by the IPCC are all wrong about the relevance or lack thereof of carbon dioxide on the climate. One would suppose that if he did testify, the climate bill would have been pigeonholed by now.

The discovery of climate STABILITY in place of assumed instability renders the ‘tipping point’ idea complete NONSENSE.

Yes, presumed instability was always stupid, but they couldn’t sell fear any other way.

The IPCC has finally been forced to acknowledge that no data exists to quantify the existence of positive feedback.
