As for Constitutionality, the socialists will try get away with as much as they can because of their double standard.

If a massive law supported by leftists like this ends up in court, whatever is declared unconstitutional is carved out and they go back to the drawing boards to get around it.

If it’s a law that conservatives support, the entire law is thrown out as unconstitutional…the left refuses to allow any portion of it to stand.

Jim Webb of Virginia is more of a Music Box Democrat-he continuously changes, never staying still and if it wasn’t for that pole up his butt………..

They normally list Webb as a Blue Dog because he talks like a man (rare for a Democrat) and owns guns (unheard of for a Democrat, they just hire guns). I don’t trust any dem, they’re all dems for pete’s sake.

Jim “A Macaca Moment” Webb is as useless as Mark Warner for Virginia. Both tow the party line and walk in lock step with Dirty Harry Reid. All you hear from them are Democrat sound bites.

Blue Dogs? Why waste time with them? They are toothless curs that bark a lot. They’re going to fold like a lawn chair as soon as Obama, Reid and Pelosi lean on them. Once used, they’ll be thrown under the bus and will become dead dogs.

Hmmm… looks like the Tea Party Patriots have revised their page to include a list on the side of the actual Blue Dogs. They still don’t include contact info for them and still HAVE the contact info for a bunch of non Blue Dogs, but they are making progress.
