Republicans Resurgent in Elections...

The GOP wins in two key state races today. Conservatives should be happy, but they should also remember that if these leaders betray our principles, we should vote them out of office the first chance we get.

McDonnell who ran as a conservative won liberal Fairfax County with 51%. That has to be scary to Obama.

Why? TheOne did the same thing during his campaign. It all has an expiration date (or time) shortly after being sworn in.

Reality won’t sink in for a while. In fact, I’d expect more of a retrenchment and doubling-down, as the lesson that libs will no doubt draw is that their defeats yesterday simply mean that the electorate is to blame — and their efforts to turn your kids into “The New Soviet Man” must be redoubled.

When will Real Clear Politics stop allowing this clearly bogus poll to be posted. It's so far off every other poll it's painfully obvious that it's skewed in favor of Obama..

Aloha wins !

Regarding Iran, today is a very important anniversary. Anyone remember? We in the US may continue to ignore it, but it's still fairly popular in Iran.

Which means possible shut down of the few Nuclear plants we have, and of a certainty, no new ones.

To be fair, he's in favor of new ones in Iran.

Whether it ever reaches the cult of Obama in the classroom is another story…

Reality won't sink in for a while. In fact, I'd expect more of a retrenchment and doubling-down, as the lesson that libs will no doubt draw is that their defeats yesterday simply mean that the electorate is to blame -- and their efforts to turn your kids into "The New Soviet Man" must be redoubled.

But trust the kids to figure things out on their own. I recall in the run-up to the 1980 election passing a schoolyard and hearing several children singing to the "Oscar Meyer" tune:

"... 'Cause Jimmy Carter has a way
Of screwing up the U-S-A!"

Somehow, I suspect the same treatment is coming for Hope-a-Dope, just as soon as somebody can come up with lyrics that rhyme with his name.

Do you ever notice in movies how there is always ONE bad guy that causes all the misery until someone finally shoots him? Somehow, I am sure this world would be better off without George"Dr. Evil" Soros. Come on death, pay him a visit already.

Actually for a real train wreck the Dems are providing a better and much more high profile show. They control the Presidency and Congress but due to massive infighting can't even pass their own government healthcare takeover. Shoulda been a done deal on day one, they don't need even one Republican vote to do it.

But it's good that you feel the need to hang in conservative forums, RSS. It's commmonplace for those thinking of "converting" to conservatism to do so - they just cannot help themselves. Very often such folks are also mugged by reality and then have their come-to-Jesus, Damascus conservative moment.

I'm quite sure Obama WAS NOT watching the election results- he has minions for that who gave him steady updates. See, saying he would not be watching is not the same thing as he would not be following. Go ahead and spin. The day of reckoning approaches steadily.
