    first you’d have to find a judge that even knows what the Constitituion is and then one that actually believes in it and then hope that the libtards at SCOTUS agree that it is “unconstitutional” or even agree to hear any cases on it….it’ll be a huge fight that’s for sure….

    I found out last night it is sometimes worth trying the regional office if DC isn’t getting anywhere.

    I’m lucky in that my rep has been solid on this. I’m moving into Dem rep territory in the near future, but I’m not sure “Gee, I’m not a constituent NOW, but…” is going to do anything unless they’re really on the fence, and it looks like he’s not. I don’t even know which side the guy came down on.

     Why do you think Major Hasan was in the Army to begin with? General Wesley Clark? Why do you think Valerie Plame used her position as CIA agent to try to discredit GWB? Homeland Security searching grammas in airports?

     The upper echelons of the military and our quasi-military branches are filled with people that are appointed not just by Republicans, but Democrats. And the Republicans when they were in charge weren’t always the freedom-lovers they pretended to be (GWB passed first bailout, for instance).

     The top brass of our military is just as screwy and split between freedom lovers and haters as our politicians are.
