Michelle Malkin used to use Longfellow’s, “The pen became a clarion” at the top of this page, (why she took it away??), and it was appropriate – she’s sounding the alarm as most of us here are as well. Is doesn’t take many to sound the alarm, to expose the evil. The best way for evil to succeed is for good men, (and woman!), to remain silent. But it doesn’t take many shouting the truth to get the attention of those sheep.

My pointing out the behavior of others who are currently ignoring the call, (for reasons pointed out by others such as state run media, etc.), was to underline the fact that we do not have to rely on them to lead because they are followers. Nor was I endorsing their behavior – I was chastising them for it.

The difference is that while the left are wolves looking at the ‘sheep’ as raw meat, (votes), I look at them with disappointment hoping that they’ll eventually wake up and look back to realize people like us were just trying to be good shepherds until they did.

( Even if some look like this! )

Could be. But as noted that action has nothing to do with the House’s meaningless health care mess. The world has been in that mode for some time now. Had nothing to do with Saturday’s vote.

As for my sheep remark, most of the colonists were sheep back in 1775, sitting on the sidelines waiting to see what was going to happen. But it didn’t take many people to sound the alarm, (my reference to a single person Paul Revere), and the job got DONE, (my reference to the US Constitution).
