Hasan would have had a good size BHA because of his grade and time in service. His apartment was reportedly around $300.00 and something a month. He got more than that for BHA. So what's up with that he was probably pulling down 6 figures a year. Someone needs to check exactly his Officer Grade and Time in Service.
