On a another area of this case. I heard today that the scumbag was given the word that he is now a paraplegic. I am enjoying imagining that minute when he was told. If earthly conditions carry over to the afterlife (and I hope they do) he can at least look at his 72 virgins. His paralysis is not anywhere near suitable punishment for him, just a little appetizer before his real punishment. I know that I cannot be the only paraplegic here. Any others will know all the difficult aspects of it and the tough rehab, physical and headwise, on the road to getting back to a normal life. The real upside is that he does not have “normal life” or even just a “life” in his future. Suffer away dude, my only sympathy is reserved for the ones who will be paid to wipe your *** between now and the day you are executed.

Prediction. It will not be long before the left begins to use his paralysis as an excuse for leniancy. Stand by for the “It is going to be punishment enough” bleating to begin in the near future.

But without any such statement from the prosecutor, that’s only guesswork on my part.

For those speculating about charges of treason, my understanding is that would shift the prosecution to the federal courts, and away from the military court; same for any prosecution under the law named for Lacee and Connor (sp?), which would probably be the purview of the state’s prosecutor.

And those charges may eventually be handed down; but my opinion is that the military should have first crack at him, for reasons that should be obvious.
