If the activities/entities were suspected, all this examination/seizing etc was supposed to be going on anyway. I don’t see any progress.

The skeptics out here want to see if this is a policy, an act that is part of an overall strategy or if it was an individual event.

During Vietnam Lyndon Johnson would order tings like this on the battlefield. They were not part of a strategy to win the war, but a pin prick designed to goad the enemy to the conference table.

In 1965 the Air Force drew up a list of priority bombing targets in North Vietnam. They had to submit the list of 250 targets, 1 through 250, to the White House for approval.

They got the list back TWO YEARS later; approved but with one change. The targets were to be bombed in REVERSE order, 250 to 1.
