President O-bow-ma

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 14, 2009 09:34 PM

Crikey, is there a single adult in the White House who can teach the commander-in-chief some presidential protocol?

The Left complained that George W. Bush was too much of a cowboy on the global stage.

It’s better than having a waterboy:

First, the Saudi King. Now, the Japanese Emperor. What’s he going to do with Russian President Medvedev on Sunday — the downward-facing dog yoga pose?

FYI: Everyone else in the world seems to know how to greet the Japanese Emperor without scraping the floor…

What a Spineless Blunder:

Reminds me of one of my favorite Tea Party signs:

I’m getting tired of seeing this president present his backside to the American people. I lived in Japan for six years. And thanks to my wife’s job I rubbed elbows with a lot of high-ranking muckety-mucks. The leader of the world’s only superpower does NOT bow lower than someone else. Obama’s bow should not have exceeded 15 degrees. That was not a bow, it was groveling, and it was NOT a sign of respect, but of weakness.

And, it is just goofy to shake hands while bowing. The entire purpose of the bow is to avoid physical contact. So, Obama was not only groveling, he was disrespecting the emperor.

Does he have NO protocol experts on his staff? I wonder if he gave the emperor a gift. Maybe an incompatible boxed set of Powerpuff DVDs?

I also ask any Obowma apologists if they think the heads of state of China or Korea would ever do this, or even contemplate it, given their histories with Japan?

Well, Japan made aggressive war on us, too. Remember? My dad certainly did.

In any case, the whole idea of “diplomatic protocol” is to dispense with local “respect” customs to as to avoid giving (and taking) offense. But my guess is, the barbarians in the White House don’t give a bleep about no stinkin’ protocols: after all, they won!

But even those who agree with what the Indiana Court Of Appeals said must admit the following:

There were 1,075 people involved in the election, certification, and swearing-in of Barack Hussein Obama II:

    538 Electoral College Electors,
    435 Representatives,
    100 Senators,
    1 Vice-President, and
1 Chief Justice of the Supreme Court

Not a single one of them inspected a hard copy Certificate of Live Birth for Barack Hussein Obama II, to verify that he was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center in Hawaii as he has claimed.

All 1,075 of them, representing all three branches of our federal government, had sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution, but failed to do so. Not a one of them did their due diligence to ensure that “a President shall have qualified”.

Even those who agree with what the Indiana Court Of Appeals said, must admit that a Quo Warranto case is necessary, since not one of those 1,075 people upheld their sworn oath to support and defend their Constitutional responsibility to ensure the President-Elect qualified.

An interesting old article in the rag NY Times about Clinton bowing.

    From the article:

But the “thou need not bow” commandment from the State Department’s protocol office maintained a constancy of more than 200 years. Administration officials scurried to insist that the eager-to-please President had not really done the unthinkable.

“It was not a bow-bow, if you know what I mean,” said Ambassador Molly Raiser, the chief of protocol.

White House officials described Mr. Clinton’s tilt as something of an improvisation. Because Emperor Akihito broke with tradition in turn to raise his glass at the state dinner, some even said Mr. Clinton had managed something of a breakthrough.

“Presidents don’t bow, and Emperors don’t toast,” one official said. “So this was a little bit like the cultures meeting each other halfway.”

This nitwit has been prostrating himself (and America) all over the world while ramming to to us back home.

On Friday, Glenn Beck had an all black audience of conservatives. One woman noted that Obama had a plantation mentality. This bowing and groveling before a King or Emperor is symptomatic of a slave mentality that is not and never has been the mentality of any American President. In fact, the early American Presidents made it a point not to bow before anyone.

The last few months though she’s overheard a lot of them complaining that they didn’t realize he’d be like this, what have we done, etc. So maybe there’s some (real) hope for the future that these nitwits won’t vote for him again. And just as an aside I must quote my dad, who’s been deceased 16 years: “The average American is a moron.” Unfortunately, how right he was!

I have very little faith the people who were so incredibly reckless and irresponsible with their votes to vote for Obama in the first place can be counted on to actually understand what they have done.

If the economy is getting better in 2012 (a bounce like in 1936), they’ll vote for him again.

Democracy is a rotten form of government. It has never worked. It never worked in Europe (without American intervention, over and over and over).

Our government here in America used to be a Constitutional Republic with democratic institutions, but democracy is so corrosive over the centuries it has gradually burned away the Republic and replaced it with the mad idiocy of the mob.

The hope we can get back to Constitutional government through the votes of the same mob who voted for Obama and the rest of the anti-American Democrats is pure fantasy.
