Nobody asked Holder about this when he testified.

    Lets see if they can surprise the world and petition for the terror trials in NYC to be behind closed doors and transcripts sealed. While I feel that the military courts were the correct venue I could live with the approach.

    While I respect your sentiment, you have to remember that it is the Obama administration that is responsible for KSM being brought to trial on U.S. soil in the first place. That the Obama administration recognizes that terrorists had no constitutional rights during 2002-2004 is but a half-measure. They have no constitutional rights, period.

    I do believe that the court which has standing for terrorists caught “in combat” is a military tribunals (which should be done in NYC for poetic justice).
