Of course we both belong to that class (the class of American voters). We are among the people in that class who do not represent the class, since the class does not choose to elect the kind of leadership we think it should.

A couple of you seem to have misconstrued the meaning of my comment.

I used the singlular: “The American Voter.” This means I was speaking of the average, the election result, not every individual in the class. I was speaking of the class of people considered as a whole.

However, I figure you just misunderstood my meaning. I am inclined to think there are very few people who comment here who don’t realize just how incredibly stupid the American Voter was in 2006 and 2008.

I’d like to see what other asinine comments she made….like how she could claim any system that allowed a jihadi bomber to light his bomb and a landing aircraft worked. Or how a civilian could take him down instead of a Federal Air Marshall could possibly be construed as working.

I agree. One flight I take usually lasts 1 hour 20 minutes. I guess anyone needing to use the restroom must do so within that first 20 minutes.
