The Left’s Palinization of the Brown family
What is it with the Left’s obsession over conservative women and swimsuits?
The trash bloggers of the far Left are eagerly digging up “dirt” on the wife and daughters of the GOP Sen.-elect from Massachusetts.
Call it the Palinization of the Browns.
The Huffington Post just sent out a blast e-mail advertising a music video that Brown’s wife, Gail Huff, appeared in from 1984.
Yeah, 1984.
And they’re trafficking a perfectly innocuous photo of Brown and his daughters in swim wear on a family vacation.
Again, I repeat: Big freaking deal.
The nutroots-ers don’t need to photoshop Brown’s wife and daughters’ heads onto swimsuits like they’ve done with other prominent Republican women. (See here for my experience with the unhinged bikini photoshoppers.)
They all looked naturally fabulous in their bikinis.
You go, girls.

May be I am dense. I didn’t get it.
What is the point Puffington is making with Mrs. Brown’s video?
That appearing in a video wearing bikini is below the sub-culture the Left is embracing? Doing drugs or engaging in unnatural activities like Homosexuality is Ok but bikini on the beach is not? Was the lyric vulgar or obscene? Was it supposed to be vulgar, like NFL owner Fergie’s songs?
I was wondering why so many Burka clad females on the water’s edges everywhere in America! They are the wives and daughters of the otherwise anything-goes Left!
Ironic to offer this faux outrage on the day one of the Left’s “heroes”, John Edwards, admits he’s a lying philanderer.
If only they could get a picture of Scott Brown in the nude! That will show those Republicans.
Oh, wait.
Well, actually one of the daughters put it up on facebook.
But whatever. I think the whole “Scott Brown naked in Cosmo” is one thing. Not bad, but certainly at least gossipy newsworthy.
But that awful awful 80s video and the picture with his daughters is not.
The only thing offensive in that video is the music. Eeeegads!
But of course, if anyone tried to denigrate Obama’s daughters, all hell would break loose

The Left has this caricature of conservatives as a bunch of uber-prudes who would recoil at the sight of a woman in a bikini or be horrified at the sight of a guy posing for Cosmo. Or they want to paint all Republicans as “hypocrites” for not living like the Taliban, because they assume that’s what Republicans support.

Scott Brown seems to have a nice looking family. One daughter in med school, and one doing a good job singing the STAR SPANGLED BANNER in Boston. And doing a fair job on American Idol.

And as far as the “democRAT” / liberal / socialist / statist / marxist / communist AMERICAN PRAVDA press and media-they should all be sent to the beach with Helen Thomas in a bikini! Mr. Brown should consider Voddie Baucham’s book “What He Must Be: …If He Wants to Marry My Daughter“.
I believe it’s a giant squid found in the Gulf of California, but I was struck by the remarkable resemblence to Ms Thomas – less the 20 foot tentacles, of course. Helen’s tentacles are only 8 feet.
I can think of worse reasons.

The Browns look like they are carved out of cream cheese, which really must cheese off the enemy. The only cheese the left has is in their thighs.

Showing my age, but I have to admit that Jane Fonda doing the strip at the beginning of “Barbarella” was one of the sexiest things I ‘ve witnessed. Just saying, looks aren’t everything.
Mrs Polo said that making an issue out of that photo by spreading it around would quickly send the gay male vote straight into the Brown camp.
