The Left’s Palinization of the Brown family
What is it with the Left’s obsession over conservative women and swimsuits?
The trash bloggers of the far Left are eagerly digging up “dirt” on the wife and daughters of the GOP Sen.-elect from Massachusetts.
Call it the Palinization of the Browns.
The Huffington Post just sent out a blast e-mail advertising a music video that Brown’s wife, Gail Huff, appeared in from 1984.
Yeah, 1984.
And they’re trafficking a perfectly innocuous photo of Brown and his daughters in swim wear on a family vacation.
Again, I repeat: Big freaking deal.
The nutroots-ers don’t need to photoshop Brown’s wife and daughters’ heads onto swimsuits like they’ve done with other prominent Republican women. (See here for my experience with the unhinged bikini photoshoppers.)
They all looked naturally fabulous in their bikinis.
You go, girls.

This garbage just makes me angry, tearing people down like they do. I think jealousy is the driving force, frankly.
The Left is just angry that their 2010 calendar features swimsuit photos of Nancy Pelosi, Helen Thomas, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Walters, Roseanne Barr and Rosie O’Donnell.
My favorite part about some of this is that if Scott Brown was a Democrat, Democrats would be slobbering all over his Cosmopolitan spread. It’s particularly contemptuously hilarious coming from homosexuelle Democrats <3.
Liberals will try to characterize him as an unintelligent buffoon. I ask though, what bigger idiots are there than Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi?
For the gals, per radio, there is apparently a 30 year old Cosmo where Bornw, then a college student, is looking good, and would be completely au natural except for a strategically placed book.
BTW, if a college age Michelle Malkin or Ann Coulter or Sarah Palin or any woman had actually been photographed in a bikini decades ago, looking happy, would that be so bad.
Woman are allowed to wear bikinis.

This is laughable and just shows the left is seriously jealous of the fact that their women could never go around wearing bikini’s in public.
Al Gore’s son is a drunk driving idiot, Howard Dean’s son broke into a country club to steal liquor, and many of Teddy and RFK’s children used a myriad of pharmaceuticals and alcohol.

Being from Massachusetts, I can assure you that this negative attention isn’t even getting a second thought from the Brown family. I’m sure they are having a nice chuckle and back and forth head shake about it.
But, as Michelle alluded to, they did the same to Palin and really did some damage.
The left consists of brain impaired slime and are not even worthy of discussion. Just tell them to go to hell.

One word explains it all: dehumanization. Remember the bumper sticker about Palin, “She’s not a woman, she’s a REPUBLICAN!”? And that photoshop of Michelle is still around.
Reducing their enemies to caricatures gives lefties the excuse they need not to have to listen to what they say: sparing them the headache of having to come up with factual, logical, and coherent answers — which they don’t have, and know they don’t have.
Besides, lefties are the biggest racists and misogynists on the planet, although they have to deny it. Degrading conservative women sexually is a “safe” way for them to vent what’s constantly bubbling just below the faux feminist veneer.
Actually I think the backlash from it did more damage to their credibility than to Palin – especially Depraved Dave Letterman and the Willow incident.

This sort of stuff is a measure of the extent and intensity of the left’s hatred — and the extent to which they see only their hateful inhuman projections when they look at us.
The idea that we are actually humans in the ordinary and complete sense is shocking, outrageous and unbelievable to them. They really do believe that we are monsters, and that for us to make a music video or go swimming in the ocean or engage in sex is somehow out of character … out of keeping with our essential monstrous nature.
They also believe that we hate and condemn all the pleasures of life, and that it is an act of dishonesty for us to enjoy the ordinary pleasures.
Near as I can tell, it’s our side that has most of the fun in life and most of the benefits of love and intimacy, human connection and well being. Need I mention compassion and charity?
It’s all very weird to be sure.
They’re fighting us alright … but in another sense they don’t even know that we’re here, they don’t actually perceive us.
They are actually fighting weird monsters of their own imagination, and imagining that those monsters are us.
For my money, I’m betting that those monsters are projections. Certainly that is how these things usually work.
The worst of the bad news is, however, that people almost never recover their senses once they have truly committed to projecting their own character flaws onto others. It’s not impossible. It’s just very very rare.
It’s best that we expect this to grow. To get bigger, deeper and more hateful.
And it’s best that we simply observe it for what it is and stop taking it personally.
The folks in our camp have a terrible, understandable and likable but very dangerous habit of wanting to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. To question ourselves as to whether we might not have earned their anger and contempt. To go out of our way to display our good will.
It won’t work with these people and leaves us terribly vulnerable to their manipulations.
They are too cold.
That may come as a surprise because they are so noisy and outwardly emotional, but they are too damned cold to be affected.
That is also why they don’t care about the catastrophic results of their allegedly humanitarian programs. It’s their program that matters, not the human results. When it comes to real people they just don’t give a damn. And that’s what it means to be cold.
They’re cold. Bet on it.
We have to simply accept that they do these things for reasons we may not ever understand and recognize that it has absolutely nothing to do with us. We just happen to be standing in the way when they pop off.
And their incivility has to be recognized, named, condemned and punished for what it is.
That is the most important thing.

The more they support the liberals in Congress, and the White House, the better chance we have of voting in conservatives.

Ironically, HuffPo is pretty misogynist. The right side of their front page features daily titty and upskirt shots of women, many of them accidentally exposed. And of course instead of focusing on the Brown women’s many accomplishments, they focus on their bodies and clothes. It’s classic, old school sexism.
I know Rachel Madcow plays ball for the other team, in more ways than one, but if she didn’t favor a lesbionic hair style and dressed up a little, well. Maybe.

The reason libs go off on their enemies, mostly women or family members, is they have a fundamental misunderstanding of social conservatives. They think if you’re conservative you’re a bluenose. And if you are an avowed Christian, you’re (a) unwilling to forgive anyone but (b) probably a raging hypocrite. I think Scott Brown handled the issue beautifully. He said those Cosmo pictures were 30 years old, and he wished he still looked that good. Frankly, if he’d been a woman, the same answer could have been used. Which is not to say he’d approve of any member of his family necessarily doing that today, but if they did, it would not end his world. Libs can’t stand that. In a Biblical analogy, they insist conservatives be the first to cast those stones. But no true Christians will do that, because they know that all mankind is in need of forgiveness. But the libs, who mostly are non-believing anyway, insist on parodying and stereotyping their foes. Aint working. It has taken only about a year for the label “racist” to lose all meaning, and the only reason “sexist” will survive is because there are so many in the ranks of the left.
If this is he best the left can do at going after family members they are in even worse shape than we thought. The worst this will do cause lots of overweight liberal women to make snippy comments then go in search of the latest fad organic diet.
