Most of America’s “elite” universities were started as Christian colleges/universities.

The administrations of these universities were taken over in the mid 20th century by the Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy (what Soviet defector Yuri Bezmenov accurately called “the world Communist conspiracy”).

I guess you’re unaware of the history of libraries in this country, and how over 1,500 of them were built not with tax dollars but rather with money donated by Scottish-American CAPITALIST and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie.

Let’s not forget University libraries either. Harvard is named after the Marxis, er Socialist, I mean Progressive, no, um Christian Minister who donated his books to start their first library. Years later when most of it burned, his relative Hollis gave them books to rebuild as did other private donors.

He got books from the Library and stayed up until 2 and 3 A.M. reading to EDUCATE HIMSELF FOR FREE.

You mean the public socialist library? Funded by tax dollars? I guess he never bothered to look up the definition of “irony.” If anything, his example underscores the societal value of making information and education available to anyone who seeks it.

The signs are hilarious, however the violence is extremely unfortunate and counter-productive, and worse yet, entirely predictable. These are tough times, especially here in California, and everyone needs to own up their fair share of reality. Even after tuition hikes, public education is still far cheaper than any private school.

A responsible college would now be offering classes projecting out what Obama’s policies are going to cost these kiddies in tax dollars in years ahead. Unfortunately, what we’re seeing here is as indicative of the failure of our educational system,…..
