There is nothing specifically unconstitutional about doing that kind of thing in general. Sure, there are things in the mix that are unconstitutional, but then that is supposed to be stopped by a Supreme Court made up of Justices who actually care about the Constitution.

We were not supposed to vote him and them into power in the first place. We were not supposed to tolerate Presidents who put anti-American, Constitution rapers on the Court.

Elections have consequences. The Constitution is a brilliant document, but even it can’t protect us from sheer idiocy on the part of the Voters.

If the “Slaughter Solution” comes to be. Every one against Obamacare should call it unconstituional and demand Obama’s impeachment. When is impeachment going to be tabled? Clinton’s lies on Oval office oral sex which about got him impeached, yet Obama and his cronies are hitting major nerves in not listening to the “We the people” and destroying America as we used to know it. When are his unconstituional actions considered treasonous?

Why are they tying themselves up in knots? Don’t they realize they just have to wait until after the Republican primaries to ram it through?

Once guys like McCain are no longer concerned about the conservative challenges against them (win or lose), they can ‘reach across the aisle’ to ‘get it done.’

The Democrats just have to put this off until mid-summer, or thereabouts, and it’ll slide through Congress like **** through a goose.

Even better, the legacy media will let them get away with claiming it’s ‘bipartisan’ since they’ll have a few RINO’s on board with it.
